So she went to her lawyer and both of them to the family court here in Germany to take away my rights as the father to be allowed to move far away with her.

Finding a new job.

Massive relief off my shoulders as the crane I'm currently on is coming down on December 7th, and I didn't want to be looking for work over Christmas.

Plus the new one is five minutes away from my house

Didn't go to this, but got a call from my old boss today, back on the books as of tomorrow. No more travelling around being self-employed. My boss weren't happy when I told him today but what can I do about it. The phone call came 3 days after my girlfriend finally meeting my family and my son (those who read the mental health thread will get that).

On the books, £200 a week more, travel expenses, holidays, pension. Not going to turn that down to keep someone else happy lol.

Time to celebrate a good end to the year!
