Tomlin in the bag? Aye, genuinely great for the rest of us too!

Three times JPT winners, have that.

We said honours mate, we won the Cromwell cup before Bristol City was a thought in some farmers knacker sack.

How much do you reckon it'd take?

They've been linked with Canos, Clough and now Gudmundsson. Not sure why they'll need all of them, so hope from our POV the Canos link is purely speculation.

I have no idea with this mob in Charge.

He's a proven goal scorer in this division, is playing in a side who have just made the quarter finals of the euros and has three years left on his contract.

I'd be disappointed with anything less than 4-5 million in this market.

Accepted a bid from Burnley for 2.5mil.

Truly and utterly fucking pathetic. Dutchâtelet and Meire are clueless, useless c***.

Coloccini has finally got his move back to Argentina with San Lorenzo. About 5 years too late but all the best to him. Was a good player when his head was in the right place.

That's your claim to European glory isn't it, the Anglo Scottish Cup! I'll raise you the Mercantile Trophy from 1988

Is he good at set-pieces? Burnley need a free-kick/corner kick expert to replace the released Matt Taylor, who has a wand of a left foot.

I'm pretty sure he's been taking corners for Iceland in the Euros, which suggests he must be reasonably good at them.

Decent player, at one point, but the injuries have decimated him.

He is training with us this week and going on our tour of Poland this weekend.
Is he still any good?

Yep, pretty much as above. Was a fantastic utility player at one point across the midfield and at the back but two major injuries really cut down anything he could offer for us. Once he left us he struggled to get in the Hull squad for the same reason but will really give 100% (when he can).

He was one of our best players in 09/10 when we were down and on a dead ball there a few who could beat him.

So Wolves apparent new owner saga is drawing on with zero actual factual statements, more rumourmongering about the paperwork being at the FA or something, meanwhile we kick off in a month and the only addition to our average squad from last year was a back up keeper.

Zero links for transfers, but I am desperate to get back involved in the forum fun, so:

We've been linked with a bid for Gary Goals, just trying to find out where he lives and get him down. He is being offered a pay as you go contract, unlimited data and 1000 minutes.

He is, scored quite a few free-kicks for us.

Gudmundsson too, has a good left foot, has scored quite a few from distance.

As Veggie also says, he can take corners too.

Nick Powell this morning. I wouldn't expect any transfers until this takeover business comes to a conclusion though.

And that could take another couple of weeks, I am starting to suspect it's not what we think it is. Surely if you were taking over you'd be starting to get people in place or planning at a strategic level ready for an official take over. This has so far covered out what is another appalling transfer window and that we were on relegation form from about mid December on.

We can beat that! To our eternal shame, we were once invited into the Welsh cup and we only bleedin' won it. :ffs:

Good player Gaz Goals.

I'm sure I read that he once scored 300 over head kicks in one season for TopBag FC, in the 16th tier of the Mozambique Sunday leagues.

Class signing if you pull this off.
