Great win, table looking much better tonight. Hopefully we can string a number of results together and pull ourselves away once and for all. Things looking a bit bleak for the bottom three after today's results.

And to make the day even better both Sutton and Northampton peg it back. Just fucking wonderful.

Congrats to Swindon though, better than us from start to finish really.

That was a kick in the bollocks, still a decent result though I suppose.

I'd have taken a point before kick off and bitten your hand off for one about fifteen minutes in but obviously conceding so late is a bit of a shitter. Mind, sounds like our goal might not have crossed the line so fair's fair.

Can’t see us going up now to be honest. Although bizarrely we’ve only actually lost 3 times with 11 men this season. We need to sort that discipline out. Half time 1-1 we can make the changes to give it a go but that’s absolutely bonkers. Worst thing is he’s caught the ball so they get a penalty when the balls dead.

should never play for Vale again.

Autos over need to focus on a play off challenge now

Cadden down with a head injury for their goal too, so both goals a bit controversial.

Important win ahead of Bristol Rovers next week. Should be fun.

Hopefully get one or two in through the door during the next week.

Battered from start to finish, Swindon totally dominant and that could easy have been a 4 or 5 goal loss.
I'd back us to have been better second half of covolan hadn't been so stupid but that means nothing.

He actually was having a good half too made two good saves. I can't see how we can pick him now though his good games don't make up for a straight red every 10-15 games.

Got away with one there. We were dominated by Crawley for most of the game and lucky not to be further behind after the penalty miss. The mistake to go behind was a shocker but Crawley had created enough chances of their own to be good value for the lead. We lacked fluidity and couldn't deal with their pressing. The referee did seem very whistle happy, especially in Crawleys favour and waved away a couple of penalty appeals from us but that wasn't the reason we were behind. Somehow we found a way through at the end and I'll take the point all day long.

That was a very surprising victory. I had expected Vale to press us aggressively from the off but they stood off us and let us play the ball about. Good goal from Jonny Williams to put us one up. The first time Vale properly got in our faces they won the ball and their striker hit a belting equaliser. Clearly the turning point was on the stroke of half time with the Covolan incident. Going in 2-1 up with a player advantage was huge.

Second half was a bit of a procession and almost felt like a training exercise. Our third was a fluke but in all honesty we could have won by more, our finishing left a lot to be desired.

So to conclude a great win but can't believe how passive Vale were, were they tired? I can't believe Clarke would have set them up to give us the respect we got. It was the total opposite to how Mansfield beat us on Tuesday. Good luck to Vale for the rest of the season, good fans on here so would be good if they could get involved in the promotion shake up, you have games in hand so still reckon you are good enough to be in the shake up.

We're as perplexed as you are. We sat off and let you knock it about which you did very well. With better finishing it could have been 6 or 7. An absolute dream game for an away side. So comfortable.

I'm at a loss as to why we came out like that. Maybe we tried to integrate too many new players at once? Maybe it's because it's our first league game for 6 or 7 weeks? Who knows.

We looked like a relegation team today and we need to put it right quickly.

Well we were well on our way to being robbed of anything today (Chris FGR The Jovial Forester check our Twitter the ball is absolutely nowhere near over the line) but that last minute equaliser was fucking deserved.

Staggered that the linesman could give that, FGR fans on that side singing ‘1-0, and we didn’t score’ summed it up.

The game itself was an entertaining one, both teams had a go and both teams had good chances and situations. A point was fair, and I was impressed with FGR and how they moved the ball. Always tried to play but had Matt up top if they needed to go back to front quickly.

And the 95th minute equaliser led to absolute bedlam at Sixfields, fantastic scenes and it stops the rot.

To finish, linesman you’re a fucking inept c***.

Pretty average performance from Mansfield particularly in the first half, Clough made a tactical change at half-time which put O’Toole at CB, Hawkins upfront and brought Charsley on who ended up getting the two goals for a deserved victory.

Walsall seem okay, lack of quality in final third, Haydn White is still a good player.

Crazy form from us at the minute, nice to be in the play-offs.

Vale did a similar thing at Field Mill, they managed to get a point somehow but was bizarre.

Over the moon with that point.

Crawley are a far better team than us and it showed, but we showed some determination, fight and perhaps a bit of luck to stay in the game and then got a hard fought equaliser at the death.

In all honesty at half time I was pleased it was only 1-0, because we were second best and poor all over the pitch. Some of our players looked like they had never touched a football in their lives.

The penalty was a pivotal moment although I didn’t really see what it was for, thought we’d just cleared the ball, but I’ll have to see it again. But had Nadesan converted it would have ended up 3 or 4-0.

I guess it shows that the recent wins were down to the opposition having bad days and when a team give it to us we’re still a poor football team. But the effort and character of the players can’t be faulted today. But will that be enough to keep us in the football league?

It’s not panic stations yet for vale, we must be lacking in fitness having a long break.
Plenty of the players were injured before that aswell so a bit of slack should be cut, but…
Conlon, smith, worral have all been below par for a while.
Dropping gibbo is madness.
It doesn’t look good.
Well played Swindon, passed us off the park today.

First win over Salford, never thought I’d be so happy over the most tinpot club the football league has ever witnessed. But that’s for their dirty little striker giving it big licks in front of the kop, their time wasting weasel of a keeper and that boring bastard moaning on the touch line all game. Fully deserved even at 11 men as soon as they’d scored they retreated to their goal line.

The bit that angered me the most was that the Lino is on the side of the main stand. He was looking through a crowd of players and Roberts’ back! How can he have any idea?!?! My blood pressure is rising again.
Connolly sounded a handful, thought you really got at us well early doors and might have been different game if your one off the post went in.

Surprised the linesman didn’t give that one! Was an entertaining game, both teams pretty open at times. Can see why you lot are going to win the league.

2-0 and a red card on 93 minutes.

We're in trouble.

I've calmed down a bit now to be fair we were the better team by some distance and there were some really good individual performances. Yet we keep losing these games and now Sterry banned again. Their keeper kept them in it. Rovers were really poor and very lucky to win.

We are in trouble, luckless again but it's nowhere near good enough. What is that 9 defeats in 11 aways?
