Last 15 have been pretty end to end at Charlton.

Ref has had a headloss, incorrectly sent off Edun for Charlton and then missed the most stonewall of penalties for us at the death. Unreal.

No idea how we’ve got 3 points out of that one. We were poor but Cheltenham a much better side than we played earlier in the season. 2 games in a row that we haven’t really got going. And Carlisle away is as sticky as it gets for us at the weekend. Dont fancy it at all now.

Don't think it's an exaggeration to say we dominated about 90% of that game. We've got to take our chances but that's a performance to be proud of. That linesman should not ref another league game in his life.

Reading and Exeter winning is just the icing on the cake.

Have to say from the angle on SSN I think Bolton got away with it on that disallowed Cheltenham goal. Last year DC took us there and we had Bolton wobbling but then lost it narrowly so seems he’s repeated it again tonight by all reports.

Could do with a Derby leveller against Reading just to keep that gap.

A few of our players were off but Lloyd was minimum 2-3 yards on, and it's only him that touches with ball with the initial header and the rebound. Bad decisions happen I know, but that one is just inexcusable and with other results tonight leaves us with a mountain to climb.

Fuck me theres some shite sprouted here......reign it in lads your a poor, poor team and at this moment we are down there with you
Awful conditions even worse by the officials on both sides.
Though the free kick leading up to the off-side goal was another ludicrous decision. Street loses the ball and jumps into our player then the ground and gets the free-kick.
Linesman put the flag up i am sure because he knew it was no free kick

Fuck off - I know you're biased, but that take is nearly as bad as the decision in the first place.

97th minute winner. 7 out injured and 2 more off injured tonight, but still we find a way. Delicious.

Another nail smashed firmly into our relegation coffin.

If there were still any deluded Carlisle fans out there that thought we were staying up, surely to hell they now realise that we are 100% down after tonights results.

I just want this season over and done with asap. It’s been an utter shit show disaster that’s just got worse by the week. Roll on May.

Got to think Charlton are dusting off the corner flag photo first thing in the morning.

Unfortunate that Derby couldn’t find the equaliser. Given the shit off the field fair play to the Reading players for fighting still.

Sounded pretty toxic there tonight unsurprisingly. Even when they equalised in first half injury time it was a chorus of boos.

One win since Halloween and without Readings deduction we’d be out the relegation zone solely on GD.

The team is all over the place, completely disjointed. Has to be the end of Appleton.

Didn’t think Northampton looked particularly good but were able to expose our defensive frailties three times and also should have had a penalty at the death prior to their winner.

We’re in real trouble. Gone all in on a formation we look useless at and sold our best winger so can’t go back to the one we’d been playing all season prior

Injury to the ref apparently caused all that injury time at Wigan .

Hopefully he is ok.

Gutting for Wycombe though!

Just seen the red card back, another shocking decision from the referee and shameful from the Northampton player rolling around. Second yellow as well so can’t appeal it and we don’t have a natural replacement for that position

Did not expect that in the slightest. Conditions were dreadful, particularly second half but think we shaded the game.

1st half we were excellent and Sonny Cox showing some poachers instinct for the goal. Should have gone 2-0 up when Cole hit the post. I know Rovers we’re missing some key players but they were dreadful.

Second half, Rovers looked better. Marquis looked a threat and Jevani Brown seemed to make a difference in their final third. Had to withstand some pressure and think we were lucky to get away with a disallowed goal late on, but we managed to see things out for a huge 3 points.

Only blot on tonight’s game was Purrington seemingly breaking his ankle and Sonny Cox going off too. Hope BP isn’t too bad but looked nasty.

As for Rovers and Taylor, I’m sure he’ll get it right. He’ll need a few windows to get the squad shaped how he wants it.

He seemed fine walking off the pitch but got totally wiped out by one of our players accidentally.

But fair enough, I guess it was a concussion risk.

We seem to give away late sickeners every other week, it’s ridiculous.

Said in the car on the way up, we’ll win 1-0 so will take that.

Cox was unreal up top tonight. Purrington going off on a stretcher was a big blow and, if it’s a broken ankle, that’s probably his season done?

Rovers were poor. Very poor. 15 shots, 0 on target. Clearly missed Martin up front.

Pretty sure I’m going to be drying out for the next 3-4 business days. Soaked.

Never seen a ground empty so quickly at full time either

He's almost had a full window and we have had 5 gone out and nowt come in, but then we don't have any sort of recruitment as Barton had his own guys, and actual contacts.
Tonight was the worst performance of the season especially that 1st half. Taylors post match interview only added to the gloom, sounded like a guy who has realised what a job he took on.

Same.

I'm not even that bothered about this season anymore because it's going to take something really special for us to stay up and I'm not that arsed about us being in L2 again, probably because I know we can have a really strong summer for transfers and we'll have a good chance of coming back up into L1 at the first attempt, but we'd be much stronger than last time.

Even if we did stay up I can only see next season being pretty meh.

The ref has said after the game it was given because one of the players behind him (who was offside) was deliberately impeding our defender who was trying to cover Lloyd. Not sure how he’s seen that … I’d have to look at it again to see if that was the case.

We should definitely have had a pen in the first half for handball and then he then just lay on the ball afterwards… not sure how that’s a freekick to you. But you definitely deserved something from the game. Think you have a great chance of getting out of trouble
