Both relegated and promoted respectively, hoping we won't be here though

Bolton vs Northampton. A couple years ago that would have seemed stupid.
Also, Oxford probably too. Yay.

Nothing but happy memories about Northampton especially the one sided play off final that saw us leave that horrible shit house league

Blah to both of these. Fun to see Liam Trotter back though after his move to the big club.

Not quite yet, soon though.

It was more in response to the other posts directly above mine about MKDons and north/south with Charlton helping represent the south. Am sure the 'R' wont be too much further ahead in the distance.

Will be interesting to see how Charlton/Bolton do with their financial/off-field worries. And also how MKDons readjust to being back to reclaim their WABLO (with the occasional exception) title

MK surprised me as they'd fought for so long at the top end of league one to get up to the Championship but have been severely found out.

Charlton will be a decent away day.

Accrington coming up would be interesting! Went a few times in L2 and is an intriguing one, likely would really struggle but who knows after the Burton story? Wouldn't mind Oxford we always take a big following there despite taking awful ones to clubs in that area usually (Swindon)

Sixfields. Urgh.

Awful away day. The Hungry Horse gastropub at the top of the hill has more soul than Sixfields.

Bolton away NYD will be sound.

Not been to the Valley yet.

Fuck off Franchise.

Oxford are boring. Rather Portsmouth replace them in 2nd.

Accy would be interesting.

Wimbledon to win the P/Os.

We've been blindsided by the death of our chief scout last summer, our terrible summer transfers, and our inability to not play the way that got us promoted, I'm glad we'll be back here soon tbh, gives us a chance to rebuild, and go again but be much more effective.
League 1 next year could be fantastic for a few clubs, lots of local, interesting games for once

Wasn't that the pub that burnt down during a game?

I don't think people realise Boltons ground is in the middle of fucking nowhere, 5 miles away from Bolton, in the middle of a retail park and surrounded by fields, nightmare to get to traffic wise and shit for pubs.

As for Bolton, their problems are only just starting, losing money on a ridiculous scale, new owners that look dodgy. Will need a new squad and such is their financial crisis, they have no money to spend. Don't even have any training ground facilities. Can see them doing a Blackpool and ending up in League 2 soon.

Northampton I'd expect to challenge for a top half spot, they should keep the momentum having blitzed League 2 with ease.
