MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head

  • West Ham have won only three of the last 17 Premier League meetings (W3, D3, L11).
  • There have been three red cards in the last two encounters at the Boleyn Ground.
West Ham United

  • West Ham are unbeaten in 13 league and cup games at home (W8, D5).
  • The Hammers have kept four clean sheets in their last six home games in the league.
  • Their tally of 43 points is their best at this stage of a Premier League season.
  • Michail Antonio has scored in four of his last five Premier League appearances at the Boleyn Ground.
Tottenham Hotspur

  • Spurs could win seven successive league matches for the first time in 49 years since March to May 1967.
  • They are unbeaten in 12 Premier League away games (W7, D5).
  • Tottenham have earned an unrivalled 17 points from losing positions this season, winning five of the 10 games in which they have trailed.
  • They have the best defensive record in the division and have only conceded more than one goal in three of their 27 matches.
  • Mauricio Pochettino's side have the best record in London derbies so far this season, earning 11 points from five games (W3, D2). West Ham have nine points from just four derby matches.
  • Harry Kane is really not as good as most people think, padding stats with penalties and tap-ins.

So many players were off it for Spurs tonight, Lamela, Kane, Son was poor when he came on, Chadli got hooked early aswell, think it's just a case of so many big games coming up so fast. I'm just glad they've got Dortmund in the Europa because they'll get knocked out now, which they need if they want to win the title.

Seriously, Tottenham being Tottenham. When they could just drop to the lead they just play one of Spurs' worst matches of the season. And to help the next game is against Arsenal.

Nothing
Spurs were rubbish in the first half, their passing in the final third was laughable at times. We had the better of the first half, deserved the lead, and while Spurs had most of the possession in the second half I think from memory Adrian only really had to make one double save.

Noble never gets the plaudits and won't ever get a sniff for an England squad, but the last two/three months he's in the form of his life. Antonio also did well, and Emenike was tirelessly chasing down the defenders and Lloris to good effect.

Kouyate is a very good player. Does everything, tackles, is a threat going forward, and we really miss him when he's not on the field. Played like an auxiliary right-back tonight as well whenever Antonio went forward. So underrated.

This. I agree.

Maybe the most important match of our season and we failed in that orrible way.
Everyone played under his avg, Kane (for example) failed two incredible chances in the 2nd half.
