Straight toss up for us on this one - either Korey Smith or Nathan Baker. I'm going to go for Smith purely for the fact that he's came back up to this level after loitering in L1 for a few years and has done superbly. We've really missed him in the last few weeks in the middle and with only a year left on his contract I wouldn't be surprised if we cashed in this summer.

Charlie Taylor. Was a toss up between him and Berardi before the latter got injured so Charlie almost by default. Class act though.

Judge, by an absolute mile. Don't think any of our other players has had a good season, maybe Maxime Colin would have been in with a shout if he hadn't had so many injuries.

Korey Smith. Can't remember a bad performance from him this season.

Barry Bannan has been class this season, always showing for the ball and a key cog in our team.

Forestieri has also been a cut above, scoring and creating many goals for us, infectious little bastard has a reyt will to win.

However for me it's Kieran Lee, he goes unnoticed in what he does but he's our proper link man, one minute making a crucial tackle the next ghosting in to the box to get a shot in.

So for me Kieran Lee

Paul McShane. So consistent, a great leader and a good defender. Will be our signing of the season too, free transfer and settled in effortlessly as captain.

Would have been Oliver Norwood, but his form has dropped the past month or so.

Possibly the only two players who over the course of the season have been far more positive than negative (injuries stopping a few).

Its a toss up between Broadfoot and Camp for us, never rated Broadfoot before this season hes really surprised me, hes been solid all season and if we had Camp right from the start we wouldn't be fighting to stay up imo.

If Pickford had still been here he'd have romped it. Everyone says Cunningham but for me it's Bailey Wright.

Bruno has probably been our most consistently high performer, but I'd give it to Kayal based on just how influential he is for us. Absolutely drives the team from the middle of the park - boundless energy which we've badly missed in the few games he hasn't played. Only a year left on his contract so really need to sort out a new deal, can see us losing him if we don't go up though.

Stockdale also deserves a mention, has won us a shed load of points this year following an iffy first season. Cost us a million which is a lot for a keeper at this level so he's really starting to justify that now. Distribution has to be the best in the league.

Jordan Graham has been very good for the 10 or so games he played before he got a season ending injury. James Henry another who had a good season before the injuries kicked in.

For amount of games played, probably have to say Dominic Iorfa or Matt Doherty, our two fullbacks. Not many others who have covered themselves in glory to be honest.

McShane has been our only consistant player all season. Al Habsi would have been my choice were it not a number of blunders in the first few months of the season. Has been excellent since McDermott took charge.

I don't think we have a stand out player this year; Cunningham, Wright, Woods, Gallagher & Reach would be my top 5 best performing players.

Korey Smith simply superb this season, Jonathan Kodjia would have been my second choice good return in his first season in England.

I find it ironic that Doherty has come in and done terrific because he replaced Golbourne, someone who I deemed a contender for the crown. Iorfa's had a sticky patch which made Jonathan Woodgate at full-back look like Cafu.

No standouts for us. Price has been solid, but has been harshly dropped, K-Mac is a hot and cold performer.

If I had to vote, then it would be Henry, hands down.

The mighty Rams!!!
I genuinely don't have a clue. Martin went 11 or games without a goal. Thorne has been out of sorts allot of the time. Russell been shit allot of the time. Ince flattering to deceive. Hendrick not stepped it up. Maybe keogh or Shackall? Would have been during 2015 element of the season but since the turn of the year we've looked vulnerable at the back.

Another vote for Korey Smith. He's not just our best player, he's our leader and we really do need to get him to sign a new deal.
Great player.
A mention for Marlon Pack as well as I didn't think he would survive at this level but he's really shown his mettle since Korey has been injured, Fair play to the lad.

None of them stand out, all as equally shit as each other. Although if I had to pick one it would probably be Pilkington.

Keogh. I don't think it's even up for debate.

Shackell easily, for me. Keogh the only one who could possibly come close, everyone else have just dipped in and out of form all season.
