Good to get the rub of the green for once. Cobblers the better side but we must have the best keeper in the league. We gave up so many set pieces which is where we inevitably fuck up but they couldn’t capitalise.

I think you will struggle to do the double over us this season, I know you beat us 1-0 at your place but we are absolutely dynamite at home.
Oh dear, not a good night for you. Goodness, your home form is abysmal, much like ours last season.

Really poor that. Mansfield totally off it first half, Clough gambles a bit, we go from a back 5 to a 4 and all over the shop. Really fucked it there no idea why he changed it. They only need two chances and score both. Crap game.

Unfortunately Salford's attack was on fire like the Iceland Factory

He changed it to match Mansfield changing it, didn’t work obviously!

Phew! Got away with that one there. Not a good performance from Sutton, didn’t really get going in the 2nd half until Gillingham scored.

But a win is a win, 3 wins from 4 for us now

not sure how we lost that against Tranmere 1-1 at the break then Tranmere go down to 10 men when sub Lewis was sent off for a horrendous challenge on our keeper Lillis. Hemmings then beats George Ray in the air to head past Lillis for the winner. Not sure what the max ban you can get for violent conduct - but Lewis deserves the maximum.

As much as Wild deserves the praise for the position we are in compared to seasons gone by, we don't seem to have any other plan. Bennett has been bafflingly underused considering he's about a foot taller than the rest of our forward line and the results we've had recently. Even at 1-1 I would've been bringing him on to try and wrestle some momentum back as Tranmere were looking stronger before the sending off. Criminal we lost that game from that point onwards. We will be in 15th of 16th in a couple of week's time.

No it didn't and why change it round anyways, if you're throwing extra bodies up which we expected then why weaken the backline? Madness

Did they manage a shot?

It was 25-0 to us at the weekend and we didn’t even play that well first half.
They had a long range shot on target in the first few minutes and the crowd cheered it like a goal.

Some of their build up play was pretty decent in the first half, it just doesn’t lead to anything remotely threatening. If they don’t strengthen the attack next month they could end up in a real struggle.

Neil Harris can fuck right off, we had Sutton on the ropes when we made it 1-1, so what do we do? Try to play for a draw and invite all the pressure on to us.

Get him out, now.

Fuck me how have we won that, that’s a shocking game of football, hartlepool taking the lead was of no surprise given how we set up.

I was critical of clough at half time and said it was time for him to earn his corn and he did so….

Ended up a relatively comfortable 2-0 win at Walsall. I think 4-1 would have been a fair reflection of the game.

If there is a better CB in this league then Akil Wright at the moment then I’d like to see him. Absolutely immense defensively and played a key part in both our goals with his marauding runs.

Phil Bardsley made his debut tonight and absolutely bossed it as well. Still incredibly fit at 37 playing the RWB role like someone half his age.

Now it looks like we’ve got the pacy striker in the bag, we just need a first choice LCB and a back up DM and I’m very confident that we’ll be minimum top 7.

Yeah your keeper made some great saves. Annoying with the amount created that we didn’t get anything from the game as we definitely deserved something, but you defended well especially at set pieces. Pretty baffling we’ve come away with nothing.

Not panicking as we’ve been the better side the last 2 games, it’s when the chances dry up I’ll be worried.

Also, Sam Hoskins is having a worldie season. Number 15 for the season, curled into the top bin. Long may it continue.

We defended well for a change. McDonald's going to need a head injury assessment after the last ten minutes. Good result against a good team.

Yeah it was crackers, we took Shelton from CB to CM and went to a back four when Mansfield pushed an extra lump upfront, no one could understand it? Two goals in 15 minutes and we're out of it, Curle chucked it tonight.

For his own sake, I hope Tumilty is first out the building in January, this kid hasn't got what it takes, he's panic stations every time he gets the ball, first instinct is to welly boot it the way he's facing. Umerah had an absolute stinker, spent more time on his arse and Sylla in the second half may as well of stood next to me in Town End.

Only positive is that every other fucker lost and defeat against these won't determine whether we go down, just have to beat Harrogate now.

The bottom 5 plus Crewe are going to spend the rest of the season trying to hand survival to each other aren’t they?

Some absolute dirge at the bottom. If any of them can have a decent transfer window then they’ll be able to sail clear.

Scrappy game but deserved win against Harrogate. They were absolutely dog shit which helped, especially their keeper.

I choose not to go to the L1 forum and gloat when MK lose although I have a major reason why I should. Maybe you shouldn't gloat when Grimsby lose. After all, it's only a local rivalry, not a theft of a club.

Oh come on get a grip. He’s obviously gone for the ball and not the keeper. He should have headed it following the bounce but it is what it is. It is a red but you make it sound like he’s purposely aimed to decapitate your keeper!

Barrow the better side for the final 20 of the first half but that aside we were the better team and deserved the three points. Even despite having 10 men for 25. Onwards to Crewe.

49 shots on goal over these last two games and only four goals to show for it. We should be battering someone soon

Your club wasn’t stolen, it got moved somewhere else. And you got your media pals to whip everyone into a frenzy of hate.

Bit like our friends down the A180 who it really upsets nobody takes notice of them bar YouTubers and Bloggers.

There’s always something to find funny about them, not with us for as long as we last.

8 wins in our last 11.

But I think we can and should get better to be honest. Made light work of an in form Walsall tonight. We seem to still be holding our top gear back for another day.

Only thing that can derail is injuries, we seem to be picking a fair few up.

That was a really poor game. An already poor squad having to play so many out of position due to injury isn’t ideal, Sterry going off crocked again is a nightmare as well, Reghan Tumilty is a truly terrible footballer.

Mansfield miles off it in the first half, but a change of formation for both sides and the big lad up top second half caused us so much trouble.

Lucky the leagues other dross sides also lost, onto Harrogate next

People point the finger at Murray and Wastie for being shite but Tumility takes the biscuit, he is so bad that I actually feel bad for criticising him, he tries his best but he's fucking awful, truly awful.

100% agree

Never seen anyone caught wrong side of his man or out of position so often, then when he’s in possession with acres of space he will just launch the ball into an area where there is absolutely no one.

I mean we did put five past Hartlepool a few weeks back. Ironically in the game we’ve had the least amount of efforts in over the last month or so.

Luckily our key 5 or 6 players are staying fit while the others take turn to get injured around them.
