It's not officially postponed yet but it might as well be as every one of Stanleys home games at this time of the year usually are because of the shockingly bad standard of pitch they have and a poor knowledge of how to look after it. Frustrating yes, for top professional league clubs like ourselves who want to play football in the 21st century, I suppose we just have to understand that for a club who only get something like 900 home fans at their games is no surprise at all, a true tinpot club.
If the match does somehow go ahead then I don't think I've ever felt more confident of us winning a match especially with the form we're in!!! You know I really wouldn't put it past us being 4-0 up and flying by half time because of how poor a team Stanley will be. I've heard of one of their players some midfielder called Windass, who has scored a few goals which I bet were against the run of play but if he is any good then surely he'd be a bargain buy for us next month for something like £5k which is a lot for them and would be too much for them to refuse. Now I haven't looked at where they are in the league table but they are probably bottom or near the bottom which is what you'd expect of little minnows like Accrington.
So no need for you to worry HelloGregory as a PISS EASY away win is guaranteed on boxing day!!!!!!! No doubt about it, we might as well let the lads go out on the drink on Christmas eve because even against a team of hungovers, Stanley still won't cope playing us.
C'MON, IT'S ONLY ACCRINGTON STANLEY FFS
