Swindon have bought him for an undisclosed fee. Great move for him and wish him the best but a massive shame for us. To be fair you did say he would end up at a FL club in January!

Yeah, just seen it's a permanent, did hear originally Chelsea were loaning him.

Danny Rowe gone to Ipswich for undisclosed fee. Can't blame the lad for making that move. Fair play to him, fully deserves it for his performances over last 12-18 months. Just hope we've got a decent fee.

Probably best for us to cash in on him now while we can get a decent fee for him, especially now a play off place is looking beyond us. Best of luck to him, I hope he makes the cut at that level.

Danny Rowe signs for Ipswich.

Not entirely sure what Ipswich are playing at, tbh.

Maybe after you lot beat them in the cup they decided they had better prepare for their natural level and are building a solid conference team.

I don't even know who he is, but he's a striker from a league side so he has to be better than our current options.

Not sure how bad your situation up front is but i find it hard to believe Piggot will greatly improve it. His playing style is roughly analogous to that of a wounded giraffe. Our manager had some weird father/son type relationship with him but even he didnt offer him anything in the summer and has failed miserably at Cambridge. Maybe he will find his feet at this level.

Not that I'm suggesting Eastleigh Fan talks bollocks, but:

In denial about what exactly?

Some select quotes from yourself this season:

So how do you all know the wages we are paying?
Amazing really how you all know what we pay each player. Get a life & dont be a sheep who jumps of the Eastleigh bankroll BS.
Yes we pay well, but no, we are not top payers and some players (Duffy for example) and getting better deals elsewhere, or so he thought anyway.
Arnold is getting more at Lincoln than we offered him. But of course, you all know different

lol @1000 a week at Lincoln, double than that for at least 3 players. We tried to sign 2 of them and Lincoln outbid us on wages in both cases.

You could well be in for Akinde, Drury has practically doubled his salary in moving to Ebbsfleet, so you are clearly paying huge wages.
Yet again, it dispels the myth that Eastleigh are paying wages that blow all other non league clubs out the water.

If you still believe any of that to be true, that's deluded.

We've signed winger Akinola Josh Ginnelly from Burnley until the end of the season according to an un-official forum news piece at Burnley's end.

Confirmed - Gateshead have signed keeper James Mongtomery from AFC Telford for a undisclosed fee.

Telford need a great replacement or they could be struggle. The only reason we only beat Telford 1-0 the other week.

We've signed Danny O'Brien on loan from Wigan.

Good signing, he was here for a bit last season and looked promising, think he got injured in the end.

He played 19 games for us last year, on loan from Burnley. He scored 5 goals, including one in the 3-3 draw with Lincoln (the Farman keepy-up game). He was very popular at Alty, nothing diva-ish about him.

This one was good too - we've won two league games since this day:

Now I recall - those who go to away games regularly said he was less effective away from home. As I don't do away games I couldn;t say, though it's interesting all his goals were scored at home. The away game at Barrow he apparently took some stick from the locals.

Very happy with him joining us and the Cowleys seem to have the happy knack of improving players under the charge too.

We've released Joseph N'Guessan, after not a single minute on the pitch. What. A. Waste.

That is truly hilarious. What a dismal football club.

Was wondering when we'd get some definite news about Rhys, clearly not been in Cooper's plans despite being heralded as a big signing, seems like another face that didn't fit. Not exactly pulling up trees but he looked decent enough to me.

N'Gala probably left Barnet to get away from Martin Allen. Will he go back there now?

Seems strange for Eastleigh to not at least try and get some of the 60k back.

Is Stewart Donald actually a Barnet fan or something? :fl:
