Any Sutton United fans know if they will be letting fans in on the 8th December? Asking for a mate..who's also a neutral

King's Lynn will be tier 2 but with Bromley being unwilling to move next weeks game our only home game this side of Christmas is Torquay on 12th December and the Boxing Day fixture vs Notts County seems a long way off for now.

I don't think we will be allowed the full 2000 so my guess is the club will limit ticket sales to season ticket holders / members and then maybe look at whether they can limit it to fans previously registered on the online ticketing system. Club have confirmed streaming will continue subject to league approval as we have a good few older fans unlikely to want to take the risk.

Do you think they'd do a postcode thing for your next game the following Tuesday, can't remember who it's against, not important right now, just asking for a friend, he's a neutral
That Tuesday, by coincidence, we happen to be at home against Stockport. As away fans are banned, your neutral friend won't be allowed to attend.

As Boreham Wood are now allowed their usual 300 fans back into games, its time to cut off their government funding.

That's an amazing coincidence, what are the chances, anyway, I'm pretty sure I said my friend is completely neutral (he's also very well behaved, did I mention that, I'm sure he'll keep quiet)

Thank fuck Notts is in tier 3, I thought for a bit there that I was actually going to have to go to a match.

Be interesting to see how many more Truro and the Peninsular league clubs will get through the turnstiles Next week.

You're lucky you'll have any fans at any games at all. Cases are rising in London more than anywhere. If it wasn't the capital, you'd be in tier 3 no doubt about it.

That’s not true and the infection rates for London boroughs are much lower than for areas which are in Tier 3.

That’s not true - the Dagenham vs Notts game next week is a good example. Infection rates are actually higher in Barking and Dagenham than in Nottingham.

I think we’re going with the plan in place from before the season began which was season ticket holders only (we had started selling season tickets for 20/21 before lockdown in March). Our planned COVID capacity was I believe similar to Wealdstone, hence why season ticket sales were capped at 750, but club are officials will be meeting with the various officials from the London Borough of Sutton to fully determine that.

However whilst Sutton is Tier 2, we have a few season ticket holders in Tier 3 areas, and I myself live in Wales where I need a reasonable excuse to cross the border. I’m not sure if Sutton v Solihull is a reasonable excuse

Eastleigh and the National league refusing to move our game back 24 hours from Tuesday to Wednesday. So we now potentially have barely 48 hours between games if our FA cup game goes to extra time and penalties on Sunday, seems crazy when player welfare has been high on the agenda recently. Or does that only apply to the multi millionaire premier league players?

It sounds a very valid excuse to me.

Our Chairman asked Eastleigh if they were ok with our game next Tuesday being moved back but they refused. Two reasons for the request, one is we play in the FA Cup on Sunday so would only have 48 hours respite whereas they will have had a full 7 days off. The other is that moving it back 1 day would mean we could possibly allow some fans in as it would be the day the new tier restrictions kick in.

Basically Essex!
on the other hand I’m in Islington which is around 150 cases per 100k population and neighbouring Camden has one of the lowest rates in the country.

You're playing Solihull so say you're going for the rugby, that'll work as an excuse in Wales.

Looks like no away fans at GGL for the foreseeable future.

The club put this update out last night A quick update on the return of crowds - Sutton United Football Club

No announcement for actual ticket numbers available but pretty much a confirmation that we won’t be able to have the full 2000 in the ground at the moment.
No away fans officially I guess. We have a fairly strong London Supporters Group so might be interesting to see how that pans out if there is a general sale. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

I think we are following a pre-season plan that only included season ticket holders and that plan was very good. We sell periodic products as it has been so far. People will buy because they can not stay alone at home. Whether the match will take place now or delayed by the new restrictions, people will buy it anyway

The SSDC (council) meeting has, with reservations and some reluctance from some councillors, just agreed to pursue the purchase and leaseback of Huish Park. Need to get the convenants and loans removed first before anything can proceed.

Will be interesting to see whether anything comes of the unfair allocation of NL money now the PL/EFL one is sorted.

L1 and L2 are going down a "lost gate revenue share calculation", on top of a guaranteed £375k for L1 Clubs and £250k for L2 Clubs, so it should be tailored per Club rather than have different tiers of handouts.

The latest in a long line of plot twists at Yeovil is that Errol Pope has resigned as director with immedaite effect, blaming the financial impact of the Coronavirus.

He joined the board with our Chairman Scott Priestnall when they bought the club. Pope was the one with the money, Priestnall the negotiator and looks after the day to day stuff.

Another step nearer the abyss.

I see King’s Lynn have jacked their prices right up for their restricted capacity games.

I see King’s Lynn, not content with a bonanza from the funding carve up, have jacked their prices right up for their restricted capacity games.
