In the Sussex Senior Cup, Hastings Utd knocked out a strong Crawley Town team away from home. Mind you, no matter how strong a team Crawley put out, they seem to be allergic to this competition.

We have been Drawn at home to Whaley Bridge Athletic or Hilton Harriers in the 3rd Round of the Derbyshire Senior Cup.

Never heard of Hilton Harriers and not 100% sure which part of Derbyshire Whaley Bridge is in!

Oh Joy. Thank God it wasnt away too as neither side have any floodlights!

We are at home in another MASSIVE LOCAL DERBY against Bristol City under 21's tonight.

The winners go through to what looks like a mouth watering EVEN MORE MASSIVE EVEN MORE LOCAL DERBY against Shortwood.

Expect fireworks.

We finally play our game tonight. Away to Maidstone. Winners have Phoenix Sports or VCD at home in the Quartet Final I think. Yay.

Phoenix Sports at home has been pencilled in for December 15, subject to an FA Trophy replay with Oxford City.

Whaley is up in NW Derbyshire, right on the Cheshire border.

I played for Chapel Town for many years, Whaley were our big local derby. Some great Derbyshire cup ties between the clubs over the years. Whaley moved into the Mid Cheshire League a few years ago and to be fair are very decent local team but its a totally different world to Northern Prem level never mind Conf North.

We've been drawn away to Westfield. The irony being their ground is literally over the road from Kingfield.

Please can no one make a 'is a coach running?' joke. It's been done about 3773836262638 times already.

My club Bracknell Town were knocked out of the Berks and Bucks Cup by Holmer Green a few weeks ago. Convincing 4-0 loss.

We're still in the Reading Senior Cup and play Frilsham & Yattenden at home on Saturday.

Is that because you'll only be able to fill a minibus for the game?

Best draw ever, if I ever drive to Kingfield I park at the leisure centre, so I always park closer to Westfield FC than Woking :2thumb:

Definitely gonna go, wouldn't have gone if it was at Kingfield!

We play AFC Portchester Tuesday night. We are sending the youth team and have already switched the tie from our ground. Methinks we give not a single shit for the HSC.

We beat Walton & Hersham 3-0 on Monday night, with all 3 goals coming in the first half. We had a strong team out, and Craig Eastmond achieved every boys dream of having played in both the Champions League and the Surrey Senior Cup.

We're away at Corinthian Casuals in the next round. It's a bit tasty, as Casuals are managed by ex-Sutton reserve boss James Bracken who left GGL in the summer, and Casuals' squad is a who's who of former Sutton United reserve players

We're at least using it as a chance to give Joe Oastler 90 minutes and I expect we'll probably give Barker and Thomas a game.

Not looking forward to the game at all. After just 1 win in our last 9 and almost making a fool of ourselves against South Normanton of one level above Whaley last season I have horrible feeling we find a way to make it hard for ourselves!

Our HSC run has been well and truly ended after our mix of Academy and fringe players were on the wrong end of a 4-0 thumping by AFC Portchester tonight!

There was around 50 - 60 Shots fans in attendance which given the team that we sent down was a reasonable turnout for an away game an hour away on a freezing Tuesday night.

No excuses for us this year now. Ilkeston Matlock and Chesterfield have been knocked out this week.

If we beat Whaley bridge we will host Long Eaton United of Step 5 (Midland football League)

Second attempt at getting the Whaley Bridge game played tonight. Despite the poor weather forcast, hoping the pitch holds up this time. No matter how embarrassing I would take a defeat if it meant forcing Wayne`s hand in to Sacking Law. We need Change and desperately. It clear to me Nicky has lost the players and he is slowing destroying his good reputation with the fans.

Don't you all get too excited! We wouldn't want you to blame Kingstonian fans for any incidents at the game this time!

We've got the Tanners away on Wednesday 13th Jan. Makes it 5 times we would have had to play them come the end of the season. I like Fetcham Grove... although I'm starting to think it's more stockholm syndrome these days.

Those nasty Casual fans, who 100% definitely for certain weren't supporters of anyone else

Tbh I'm more concerned with the floodlights failing at Casuals as they did the first time we tried playing the semi-final there in 2012

Tie postponed for a third time! Just too much rain Sunday/Monday to give it a chance sadly. The pitch itself is still good just too much standing water.

Wish it would stop raining!!

Our tie at Corinthian Casuals has been put back 24 hours, from next Tuesday to next Wednesday, for reasons that include a youth game being played on the Monday giving the pitch an extra day to settle and Paul Doswell wishing to scout Curzon Ashton in their game away at Gloucester on Tuesday
