Yeah not really bothered about Welling. Kiddy will be missed though.

29 games, 20 points,
44 games, 50 points.

We were 1/20 to get relegated at one point, and we're safe with two games left. What an incredible result!! Hats off to Kevin Nicholson and the new wave of players.

Sounds like we were very fortunate to get away with a point today, and as it is looking like a prelude to the play off semi's I am not looking forward to it at all, Dover seem like no mugs.

Gave them a very good game. Not quite enough.

Need to win 2 of the 3 now. Can't see it though.

We might be better off dropping to 5th you know. Wanted to show up the veg on the big stage but Dover could easily have us over 2 games.

Gah. That was frustrating. Some of the players looked devastated at the final whistle. Looking at the results it turns out it wouldn't have mattered. Even with a win we'd have been down because of Boreham Wood's win. On the game, not that it matters, but Barrow seemed to come to spoil the game, probably the most direct team we've seen this season.

And so it ends. The first time we have been below the fifth tier since 1983. Hopefully it won't be for too long, but I'm not overly confident we'll be challenging next season.

I reckon Eastleigh are the team to avoid in the play offs if they carry on as they have been doing. I can really see FGR and Grimsby messing it up. Dover v Eastleigh final? Att 2500

Not often we pick up points from losing positions! We're good at throwing them away from winning ones though (nearly 30 this season!).

It's come to worrying about Dover has it...what a shambles. We need 3rd place - matching last season and the home leg second which is important.

Gave away a stupid penalty when down to 10 for a few minutes with modeste being treated for a head injury. Grimsby the better side in the first half but how we didn't win that I do not know. Second half we were all over them. Could've scored about 6 and had 3 penalty appeals which could've easily been given. Confident we can hold our own in the play offs now

Hurst's just been on the radio and confirmed that the decision to drop Amond was tactical - he's not injured at all. He's dropped the league's top scorer (before today - RIP my 25/1 bet on him finishing top scorer) to counter the opposition. The bloke is an utter clown - stubbornly obsessed with worrying about the opposition to the detriment of his own team's performance. Can't wait until we're rid of him.

What a shambles, that will encourage whoever we get in the first round of the play-offs. Woking didn't even seem that bothered but we contrived to present it to them.

Big win for us that, scoring four without Hannah as well. Nearly safe but still a bit more to do.

Good move to play Kane Richards through the middle up front, played really well and scored alongside the excellent Alabi. When we signed him from Ilkeston Burr credited his improvement from playing through the middle yet he's never played him there! Lo and behold he plays there today and looks rather good. Baffles me.

Ricky Miller was unbelievably good today. Comfortably the best player on the pitch, Grimsby defence looked scared of him.

Was surprised to see Amond out of the side I must say, although not sure he'd have made much of a difference.

Mixed emotions.

Torquay have done a fantastic job to stay up! Pleased for em. Kiddy down is not nice though, hopefully they'll return quickly.

Congrats Cheltenham too, 100 points the aim now I'd imagine!

Our unbeaten run continues but that was an absolutely shocking game. Neither side deserved any points from that showing. Paul Lewis scored the only goal, a header from a corner on his return from injury.

Well that was woeful. Not looking forward to the playoffs, just hope that we get Braintree I think we can have them over 2 games.

Gutted Kidderminster have been relegated :( Haven't missed a kiddy away day in years.

Not fussed about welling.

FairPlay to Cheltenham, worthy champions and I'm sure they'll hold their own in league 2.

Bah
