We've done all we can to help Halifax to the 2017 Conference North title in the last 7 days....

B2TF has his heart set on the Conference North title, but unfortunately this means Halifax have to give Eastleigh three points and a likely play-off place on Tuesday.

What a moral dilemma, I can just imagine his head spinning...

The easiest of home wins today, Halifax did not even have a shot on goal and we played in second gear all game, it's been a pleasure Vanarama national league but I truly hope we never come back.

Quite predictable that. Eastleigh might be vulnerable to a team that could score though.

You didn't watch us hit the post and give you a very decent game then?

If that's what World of Smile is like winning the league, christ knows how morgue like it is on a normal Saturday.

Congratulatind Cheltenham, excellent opener, helping hand from the ref for the second and then a professional performance.

Cheers, we owe you big time for that, and I mean that most ambiguously. :ds:

A point apiece is the happy medium. :£

Good fking riddance to Welling, never liked them. But Kiddy's releagtion is sad news indeed. Hopefully they'll put their house back in order and come back stronger.

Well done Cheltenham

How could a club like Welling ever offend anyone?

Welling always manage to beat us, so I'm not too fussed about them going!

Well done Cheltenham.

We should have sacked Burr in October and we'd be vying for play-offs now.

I know it was only Welling, but the players were playing for the shirt, which they haven't done since before Woking beat us 5-2 back in September.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. We actually won.

Great stuff when Norman, who was possibly our worst player on the pitch, smashed in the winner in injury time. Could see how much it meant to the players in the celebration. Brilliant. Why we bother.

Another visit to Forest Green, another 90 minutes spent wondering what the point in it all is. 1600 there today but there might as well have been 200. You wouldn't have thought they were 2nd and still in with a shot at the title. I suppose few of their fans are actually bothered whether they win or not. Hey ho. See ya next year.

HOW SHIT MUST YOU BE, WE'VE NOT WON FOR THREE MONTHS

That was Tom Shaw's best game for us (after a decent game last week). Get the feeling that him and Burr had problems. Maybe he'll do it all season next.

Assume you didn't go today? Absolutely nothing against Halifax but we walked that win today, one of the easiest of the season.

You're the only Cheltenham fan I've spoken to, to say that.

In no mood to argue with you, believe what you want but you were obviously not there today otherwise you would know you didn't have a single shot on target and we didn't break sweat. Genuinely wish Halifax good luck for the season your small away following seemed a good bunch and I would like you to stay up.

It's quite obvious which one of us wasn't at the game.

You can read some BBC stats about shots on target all you like as it ignores a 3 yard miss, a 1 on 1 miss, 2 headers from 6 yards and hitting the post. MacDonald had McLennan on toast all day.

Johnson was tested once bar the goals, the rest were speculators from 20 odd yards straight at him.

You deserved the win but to claim we didn't give you a good game... Baffling.
