Supposedly our owners will be there tomorrow, but so will a Ryan Reynolds stalker who has flown over from the USA and stayed in hotels through pre season, attending every game hoping to meet him.

She thinks Ryan has divorced Blake Lively and will get with her. Hopefully the police are onto it.

Saw something about this on Twitter earlier. It is proper weird, like a bit funny at first and then you’re like nah she needs some serious help.

Hope your owners do turn up. Would make it all set for a very funny away win.

Even worse than that she thinks they are already secretly divorced and her and Ryan Reynolds are already involved. A complete nutter. Quite worrying really.

You know she's crazy because not only was she at Eastleigh and Solihull, but even went to the Tamworth and Curzon Ashton PSFs

They are going to be there apparently. It’s going to be fucking surreal.

You’re beating us 1-0, I’ve just put my mortgage on it. We’re on TV, that means we lose 1-0.

We’ve been good on TV since we came down. Lost to Hartlepool away last season but think we’ve won all the others (play-offs aside obvs). Loads of fancy dan skilful types who like to turn it on for the cameras.

I can’t wait, going to be a right laugh. Always fun trying to spoil someone else’s party.

A pleasantly surprising win yesterday at Woking. It sounds like we were struggling the last 20 minutes or so and I suspect a lot of that will be down to lack of fitness with our minimal pre season.

Alty didn’t play yesterday so I have concerns they will be a lot fresher. They had a good win at Torquay so clearly no mugs. I wouldn’t be disappointed with a point in all honesty.
Say it every time we play Halifax, bogey team for us for a while now, think it's 7 without a win.

Hope it stays that way but think you might just catch us out purely for fitness reasons. If the game is in the balance after an hour I’d probably back Alty from that point onwards but hope to be proven wrong.

Getting the innocent and unsuspecting Great British taxpayer to finance the squad AND bribe the National League is at least the third worst thing we’ve ever done.
Would the 2 worse things than that be signing Gavin Gunning and then Stefan Payne?

Strange that as I’d always presumed Hollywood Red was a man.

Payne’s funny. First time I saw him as a friendly against Matlock Town and he was flying into tackles and bitching at the ref all game. I was like it’s a friendly on a lovely Tuesday summer evening m8 what’s your beef?
He’s our fifth choice striker when everyone’s fit though so he’s not too much of a worry.

Strange that as he was always calm on the pitch whilst playing for us…….

How do you know that, you’ve only supported Wrexham since December.
In fairness, we didn't turn up for the Dagenham play off decider earlier this year.

Likewise. I’m hoping the slope on the pitch and supporters being so close to the pitch puts Southend off their game.

Looking forward to it, it wouldn’t surprise me to see Cooper or Dyer on the bench just to freshen them up and potentially Wishart getting a start at left wing back.

Not looking forward to our ex-Barnet players including the legendary Mauro run rings around our patched up and slow-looking team. However, the way we responded to going behind at Solihull gives me hope.

Walker might not play went off injured Saturday although that could have been cramp, tough turnaround time with our small squad so won’t be that many changes for us. After comfortably beating two play off teams first up we have to expect 3 points here but this is the national league and its always full of surprises.

Its a pity its only going to be two stands, but the crowd should be somewhere around the 6500 mark, which crammed into two stands should create a decent atmosphere. Love an evening game, although due to childcare duties I will be home watching on TV!

Is it a sell out in the home ends?

We'll get a battering at Aldershot today i'm sure. On top of the injuries etc. we now have Matt Worthington out after his red card on Saturday. And we were shit all game so I hold no hope for today.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )

I wish, in the real world we are incapable of battering a cod fillet. Our defence is reasonable, but that’s it. If you have a couple of heavies in midfield and someone who recognises a goal net you’ll be fine.
Very downbeat Rec at the moment, a draw, hopefully, our best shot.

We've sold more tickets for a pre match party in The Turf than Boreham Wood sold for their home game against Aldershot.
Quit the tin-pot willy-waving, you’re gonna look very silly come May if you miss the promotion bus. Or is failure not an option…

I see Joe Rowley has seemingly started well for Kings Lynn, getting into the leagues team of the week following Saturday’s games

Any linnets fans on here got any early thoughts on him and how he’s doing ?

You're now resorting to sticking up for Boreham Wood in an attempt to create BEEF with Wrexham? Oh dear...

If Reynolds scores against us I will be fuming. He’s a real piece of work.
