  • Barnet v Hartlepool United
  • Dagenham & Redbridge v Yeovil Town
  • Eastleigh v Aldershot Town
  • Notts County v Maidenhead United
  • Solihull Moors v Boreham Wood
  • Torquay United v Dover Athletic
  • Wealdstone v Wrexham
  • Weymouth v King's Lynn Town
  • Woking v FC Halifax Town
  • Chesterfield v Stockport County (5.20pm)

What is it about your team scoring a last minute winner at Sutton that makes you want to start an early matchday thread as opposed to, say, conceding a last minute winner at Dover? Anyway, we have to be looking at making it four on the trot at home to 'head despite their shock win at Wrexham, and I believe we will.

Interesting fixtures elsewhere, Barnet v Pools could be a good scrap, the latter flying high, and after a disastrous first 20 mins at ours last week the Bees did ok and look to have some pacey & skilful attacking players, have picked up a couple of wins too following their opening day shocker. Reckon Pools would take a draw here?

Daggers and Yeovil fans both on a bit of a downer at the mo - but I fancy the visitors to nick a win, especially if Daggers are missing McCallum.

Eastleigh and Aldershot, have both hit 5 already this season, albeit the Shots at Dover 'how did they beat us' Athletic. Eastleigh to win this one for me, though.

Moors v Boreham Wood - clash between two fancied teams, who have had impressive wins in their last two. Tight game - score draw.

Torquay v Dover - three wins out of four for the Gulls, three of Dover's first choice back four out, and they can't seem to score or defend apart from against us, since when they've gone 1-12 in three games - easy home win.

Wealdstone v Wrexham - will be making my first ever visiting to the infamous 'Red Passion' if this is anything other than an away win, sounds like there'd be quite the meltdown.

Weymouth v Kings Lynn - Battle of two of the promoted sides, everyone saying Weymouth look rubbish, sounds like King's Lynn can't defend but CAN score - 0-1 or 0-2 for me.

Woking v Halifax - Decent enough start for both sides, I think the rest of the division would be VERY happy if this was a boring draw.

Chesterfield v Stockport - sorry Chessie fans, but sadly I can't see anything other than a convincing away win for the big-spending title favourites in front of the BT sport cameras.

When do I get the nod to do one of these matchday threads?

I have Flash Scores, I'll read them off there.

As for us, BT cameras are at our game Saturday. The nation awaits.

I'd take a draw to be honest, I'm not a greedy man I'd happily finish in the play offs this season. When you look at Notts County, the squad they've got and the start they've made you have to assume them favourites to win it.

We’re generally pretty ruthless in this kind of game, really should be another win which would make it a good start despite the complete aberration at Dover.

We had three (inc playoff) really good games against them last time we were in the same division a couple of seasons ago. However goal shy Weymouth have been I am not sure we have a clean sheet in us but hoping we can shrug off the last two games to squeak the win.

Weymouth offered zero goal threat on Tuesday night and our back line isn't the best.

Thought Maidehead looked pretty lively on the break so I'm not counting chickens just yet. Blisset playing or not looks important for Maidenhead.

Yeah we need a backup target man, Orsi cannot do the same job Blissett does

We’re creating chances just lacking a goal moocher to poke them in, hopefully Parkhouse is back and fit after international duty, if not we’ve got to start Bloomfield, I’m not watching Oates pretend to be a striker again.

Do fancy us to win this but we can’t be as wasteful as we have been in recent games, we’re gonna get punished in one of these games soon.

That bloke we palmed off to Falkirk, what was his name again, he looked the goal hanger this side needs.

Gotta start Bloomfield and tell the fucker to do what Oates didn't - attack the ball and avoid the crossbar when you have an open goal to aim at.

Have to go for the win, we're playing really well. Just get clinical.

Aye Aidan Keena, too busy poking their lass up in Scotland and getting her up the duff, would've been ideal in this team.

Definitely the type you need in the box then.

Oh is big Nathan a doubt? Not the most prolific striker but always a bit of a nuisance

Stonesnet must be a smaller version of RedPassion then - well worth reading some of the bedwetting in the immediate aftermath of the midweek defeat to Stockport (it's always the same usual suspects I should add).

We just need a win, I don't care how fluky or undeserved it is, anything to avoid a real drop in confidence within the playing group.

Not sure we’ve ever played Wealdstone Raiders before. Maybe in the tinpot Trophy.

Brotherhood clash televised, no surprise there. How’s that Brotherhood League Table coming along?

Write us off at your peril. 2-1 up against a very strong Stockport side with just over 10 mins to go and an error led to a collapse. We have a number of loans lined up from Premier League clubs to bolster the squad, subject to those players not getting picked up by EFL clubs before the deadline today. Our management team will be very bruised after midweek so expect a reaction tomorrow. UTS.

We will need to improve to get anything out of Stockport, I predict they will beat us in the league then knock us out the FA Cup the week after..

Have they done it in any game yet?

Might register Haveweymouthscoredyet.co.uk, so you can keep checking throughout the season

We'll batter you possession wise, then gift away the stupidest of goals just to give you false hope, then finally win it in the last half hour through substitutes. Pattern of our whole season so far

GTFC Fish is sadly missed - his tables were always accurate and very professionally produced

By my reckoning using a cracked version of Word 2007, so far this is it:

Another shocking start for the Spireites, who seem to love finishing bottom of the Proper League.

Torquay, as usual, taking it seriously and are emerging as strong early contenders.

Good luck one and all.

Aldershot to win 2-1.

Eastleigh need a good turning over. Hate going there, their chavs are idiots and the less said about the Club in general the better.

Assumptions are dodgy in this unpredictable league, but the bookies have usually got it about right. Problem is there’s only one place up for grabs ; we all aspire to the playoffs, but when you get there its a total lottery ,and Big Bollox teams get stuck down here for years.

Not a problem for plucky Stockport. In fact, if they finish mid table, it would be a success.

The Excel spreadsheet says so

Absolutely no guarentees, I agree.

You look at the Notts County lads on here, Hartlepool, Wrexham etc. They seem very uptight. Very nervy. We're 5 games in and its panic stations. The manager isn't good enough, the players aren't good enough etc. All three teams mentioned have made solid starts. These teams have exceedingly big budgets? Yes. They do. Correct. But only two can go up so it should be about long term planning.

Of course we take it seriously, it's the only league that matters down here.

He brought in loads of new players though didnt he? The squad needs to gel.

I googled him the other day. He does look like Bobby Davro. I'm not going to argue against that.
