Not best pleased with our line up but is what it is. Can’t see how Maguire deserves to play ahead of Grimes, and McCourt is a huge downgrade on the injured Oyeleke.

Not got the best feeling about this one but come on you blues..

Agreed. Would rather Grimes and Khan started ahead of Maguire and McCourt.

Still been a great start so far but that feels like defeat today with conceding late on.

First ‘bad’ result for us but it’s not a loss which is at least a positive

Don't worry about us. Nothing to see here. Billy Waters you beautiful Beautiful midget man. Banana skin avoided. We'd of lost that last season.
34 points to stay up :bg:

We've had a great start from sharing the goals around, but Hurst and the fans know we need a Lincolnshire poacher, no point in spaffing cash on the wrong player though, no doubt the search and enquiries are continuing.

Could Halifax be this season’s Sutton Utd/Barrow?

Like I said above. We'd of lost that game last season. However there's some big teams in this league. We've had a brilliant start which is all it is at this stage.

Outdone by Phil Parkinson (the good one) today. As Jacob says, just not really playing with enough intensity at the moment, almost Ardley-esque. Need a response next week versus Woking at home.

Packed away end with 850 Notts fans behind the goal, going home very unhappy!

1. How insulting to describe a brother Football League club as a "banana skin".
2. Waters is of AVERAGE height
3. We WON there last season too.

I apologise for this clown Aldershot, what a fucking Muppet. :ffs:

I’m trying to take positives from today that we didn’t lose it as when it went to 1-1 I was fully expecting the full Devonshire experience but thankfully we only got part Devonshired.

Like we did in 2017, fans calling for Billy Heath's head on a plate, while in the dressing room Billy was telling his players to cheer the fuck up because WE ARE GOING UP! We only lost twice more that season, finished 3rd and won the Play Off Final in front of 8000 at The Shay. Absolutely TOP bloke, that man.:bdick:

Can't believe Wrexham fans fell for all that doommonger stuff

(In all fairness, the result was as much down to them being dreadful in the second half as Ben Whitfield's superb performance)

Oh we were utterly dreadful second half. Deserved win for County. How the hell Madden was allowed that much time for a free header for the equaliser..

Whitfield was causing us nightmares most of the second half as well

Midfield was back to being a big problem yet again
