We look pretty poor. Not many ideas. The only connect into the strikers seems to be the right back. I think this needs Saidou Khan on for McCourt, especially in what looks a tight game, he's one with a key to unlock things. Torquay had the best chance of the first half so we're lucky to be going in level if anything but very little in it.

We've had a great start from sharing the goals around, but Hurst and the fans know we need a Lincolnshire poacher, no point in spaffing cash on the wrong player though, no doubt the search and enquiries are continuing.
There’s a lot of fans who don’t believe we do weirdly

I’m trying to take positives from today that we didn’t lose it as when it went to 1-1 I was fully expecting the full Devonshire experience but thankfully we only got part Devonshired.
I think only Mrs Devonshire gets the FULL Devonshire experience.

Dreadful from Notts, fully deserved for Altrincham who worked hard and were a threat with the little possession they had. We have to learn that you can’t just turn it on at will and need to play with some kind of intensity and pace from the off. Our forwards were poor today, but by the time the ball got to them they were faced with ten defenders back in their shape and behind the ball. Took us so long to move it forward.

We put 10 men behind the ball after scoring so it was never going to happen.

We don't have the quality we had last year, but we were more organised today. You looked dangerous on the counter, but didn't look noticeably fitter than us nor did you dominate the midfield like you should have done on paper.

Draw probably a fair result. You look like you may get top 7 but not title contenders. We still look like a bottom third of the table team. If we can consistently show the organisation and workrate we did today we should survive but Grimsby were so far ahead of us technically it was a little worrying at times.

3 points! We actually showed some quality today.

I wasn’t there but I am assuming Weymouth were significantly inferior to just about everyone else we have faced this term… is that a fair comment?

Don't worry about us. Nothing to see here. Billy Waters you beautiful Beautiful midget man. Banana skin avoided. We'd of lost that last season.
34 points to stay up :bg:
By a country mile you were the better side. If Moseley wasn't aware of the scale of job in front of him, he fucking is now.

Chesterfield 45 mins away from making it a grim day for the ‘fancied teams’. Stockport notwithstanding. And Dagenham are kind of fancied. Oh you know what I mean.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Same old ,same old at the Rec, have some sympathy for the new manager, he has little to work with, and no alternative players. The squad is simply not good enough, one or two decent is all. Hope MM was aware of what he was taking on, he’ll need some good loan connections, and a lot of good fortune.
Halifax we’re solid without pulling up any trees, and should be thereabouts. Difficult to judge as usual , we are so poor. 7 home losses in a row….

Expected the loss but story of the season. OK 1st half should of been 2 or 3 up. Piss poor 2nd half. Stockport deserved 3 points tbh. Tried to play we just hoofed it long.

Scored 5 against a very good Solihull side, we play so open it’s going to be a very entertaining season. Playing some of the best football I have seen since our first season back down here, we will lose so games the way we play but have the goals to win more than we lose. We’ve been behind and still won loads already, madness.

This Tshimanga chap truly is the best striker in the NL me thinks.

Still find it fairly baffling no FL took a punt on him and it was only Chesterfield with cash on the table right on the Eve of the new season.

That's 4 points we've dropped already this season in the 96th minute. We've got to get better at just shutting the door when we're up. Wank that

Terrible result for us but Chessie, Grimsby, Wrexham dropping points eases the pain a little.

Definitely going to be Daggers or BW to win it though.

Torquay not giving up their ‘king of the injury time goal’ crown they earned last season.

It’s ridiculous how many late goals they score.
