Yeah they look doomed, I don’t get what happened to them. I seem to remember their owner splashing the £ a few years ago? He just decided he’s had enough and pulled the plug or something?

We were never 2 up against Bromley but i get your point.

And we feel your pain Southend, we were pretty much in the exact same position, back to back relegations and then a couple of years of major struggle down here. Hopefully you can get your house in order, after today anyway.

To be to Harrogate even though they are obviously heavily bankrolled they seemed to have kept most of their NL squad together and don’t seem to have upped their spending since promotion.

It’s amazing that Weaver seemed out of his depthand was doing a pretty poor job for years and only kept his job as his dad was the owner - but he’s completely turned it around and proved himself in the end.

As soon as Irving Weaver leaves/dies Harrogate will plummet back to non league obscurity. I can see Forest Green building a bit of a fanbase and being able to sustain league football even if Vince goes, simply because in that part of the world there isn't much competition.

Scunthorpe I can see going the other way. Falling into non league and if they don't get out of it in the first couple of years just disappearing. Too small a club.
