A match up of the so-called big budgets next weekend, as Notts County and Luton try and improve their indifferent seasons so far. County have had a week off as their exotic squad head off for their European qualifiers, whilst Luton will be boosted by the return of a couple of their own players made unavailable by Northern Ireland.
Luton are improving every game. Despite horrific form dating back to the back end of last season, they've now had 2 consecutive and earned only their 9th win in 9 months this calendar year against a physical and battling Cambridge United.
Supposedly just over 700 tickets have been sold by Luton fans so far, with more being received this week. I'm hoping to get a ticket - very easy to get to from Luton by road or rail (just 90 minutes from Luton). I think the £24 ticket price may have put a few off, but I still expect us to sell over 1000 for this one.
Luton could line up in a variety of ways, however I think we will remain virtually unchanged, with perhaps McGeehan and McCourt getting places on the bench.
