We're keeping in touch with mid table Notts. Better sign more FL players

We look miles the better team tbh just not clinical in front of goal. Stockport got themselves a few set pieces but Rooney’s delivery so far has been absolutely minging, came into it a bit more after Madden went off as well.

Notts County doing what Wrexham couldn’t and finally getting Rusk the sack.

The half desperate, half tongue in cheek comments about Frank Vincent being the midfield saviour are turning out to be very true. A lovely boy, a lovely player.

Roberts for O’Brien in this situation? He just can’t help himself.

Standard Shots, take the lead twice, throw it away twice, then hand (literally) Bromley the lead via a stupid penalty.

From commentary and posts from people who are there its a little disappointing we aren't 6 or 7 up.

Sounded like we weren't at our best today and I was thinking Yeovil were going to equalise in last 15 mins or so, instead we found a second near the end, sign of champions!

100% home record maintained in front of 6470 at BP

Turns out when our entire defence aren’t all injured, we’re fine.

The half desperate, half tongue in cheek comments about Frank Vincent being the midfield saviour are turning out to be very true. A lovely boy, a lovely player.

Shaved his hair off and here to save our season. Looks everything we’ve been missing, so much energy and bite. Obvious change of approach from us after Halifaxgate as well, sitting in and saying ‘break us down’ to a team rather than deciding we’re going to try and win 10-0 and leaving loads of space. Still managed to make it interesting at the end with some comedy defending, not sure I’d have recovered if we conceded another.

We’ll do well to hold on to Rodrigues in January, special footballer at this level. They never worked out how to pick him up.

Stockport, though? Oh boy. Rusk has to go. Takes something to make us look like a high energy, intense side but they managed it. Absolutely dreadful, 2-1 in the end flattered them big time.

Yeah I’d love to pretend we were great but you should be shitting yourself at this level against a team with Quigley, Rooney, Madden and Whitfield but I just wasn’t.

I think you all understand by now you won't be hearing from the 2 wankers today, so here's their match report

"We were shite. Wild is fucking clueless.

The end".

Now here's what actually happened- we played Solihull off the park, none of our countless shots went in. They had one shot, and scored. We go again at The Shay Tuesday, when a win will put everything right. :ds:

We were a bit bob today but Yeovil mainly restricted to stuff from range. They press well. Very relieved to get the second but missed a gilt-edged chance before that. Looked a good finish from the other end.

No surprise to anybody, but Barnet are utterly shite. Could have had 5 or 6 today.

Mullin is a footballing genius.

Sounds like we did just about enough to win that. Got 2 and sat in inviting them on, which is typical of Rowe a lot of the time. Big W though and we move on

Big result considering the injuries we are carrying. Need to get through the next month and hopefully Khan, Weston, Clarke and Asante will be back in the fold.

I don't know where Asante fits into the puzzle with Rowe and Tshimanga doing so well together. It'll be nice to have him as an option though won't it. The others are huge misses especially non league Grealish, oh Mandy just isn't a replacement. Wish I coulda gone today but we're away at Blackpool to see the lights with the young ens. Kabongo just different gravy ain't he

Happy with three points.
Probably should have scored more to help the goal difference though.
On to Maidenhead next then a home game against beleaguered Torquay...
