Lost 2-0 at Huddersfield behind closed doors this afternoon.Hudds seemed to have a strong team out (Nakhi Wells scored).

Then beat Fylde 2-0 this evening (Eccleston, Henderson). Ex Valeman Theo Robinson played for us as a trialist.

I'm in East Midlands as we speak were playing a murcia regional 11 tommorrow at la manga club. I highly doubt there will be any where near 600 of us there though.

I have been in Malaga since Monday. It's been great fun if you get into the spirit of it, players were fantastic at full time yesterday. Although people at the game were saying it was 42C and I would not have fancied running around in that.

I often wonder what the point is of playing a team you can put 9 past. It can't mean anything in the context of trying out new players.

Trialists who played some or all of the games were Theo Robinson, River Humphreys, Timothy Dieng (Senegalese goalie), Tony Thompson (goalie who played for Chester last season) and Aaron Morley (the only one I can find on google is a Running Back in US College gridiron, which.seems unlikely - anyone know who he might be?) EDIT. A Morley is a first year scholar with us - fairly impressive 90 minutes for a 16 year-old according to eye witnesses...
