Thing is no disrespect to Crawley but the town of Crawley won't be like this at all.

That is why we all want Hartlepool to stay up.

I feel bad all the Crawley slagging off because Casey Always comes across a real sound lad and I know he personally will have major passion towards the game and Crawley's fortunes etc.
Bit of a weird thing to say, just because there isn’t a big representation on this forum doesn’t mean it means any less to the core 2000 home fans. We are all absolutely bricking it and have been feeling exactly the same all week. 5pm needs to hurry the fuck up.

Looks like we're setting up for a 4-3-3. Edmondson to provide the brute force, Gordon, the skill and the pace, and Kristian Dennis to lurk and pounce where possible.

This is as big as it gets for a club like ours, Hartlepool have proven in recent times that they have the infrastructure to bounce back from relegation. But for us, we will just fall into the abyss and never to be seen again (much to everyone’s delight). 12 years in the EFL hangs in the balance.
It’s going to be a very tough game with what I’m sure will be a large vociferous home support. The term must win is overused but for Hartlepool it is, for us it is must not lose.
Biggest match of the day in the division, will be keeping an eye on it. As I've said previously, I don't mind Crawley as a club. I don't particularly like how you spent beyond your means to get into the league but that's not exactly a philosophy adopted purely by smaller clubs. I think you've gone on to establish yourselves as a decent league club and have done it reasonably sensibly (up until Wagmi) so it will be sad for you if you go down. Have enjoyed my trips to Crawley. However, having said all that my allegiance is with Hartlepool in this battle. I'm sure there are plenty like me that would rather see Hartlepool stay up that don't hate Crawley.
I'm tickled that people are taking such an interest in my affairs. I really am. That's two name drops already in this thread and it's only a few hours old.
Nothing short of what you deserve pal. The award for Carlisle's top WUM on the forum really should be a one horse race but you've outdone yourself this season and made it a superb battle.

Think it's going to be a proper slog today and not particularly confident. Chapman is a massive loss and his replacement in Nevers hasn't impressed at all. But then again we don't have much choice when the alternative is Costelloe who isn't even a footballer.

Rovers unchanged from the Rochdale game and still only able to name 5 subs. Fear the 400 travelling fishies may enjoy their afternoon.

Think I read we'd sold 550 but I might have got that wrong.

More than likely it was 400 a couple of days ago. In fine voice too
Yeah, I've not made the trip but have got the comms on...tapped out for the season after Donny away the other week to prevent my missus giving me more shit, but they sound decent. I know it rubs some people the wrong way but having the drum makes such a difference.

We’re absolutely all over Bradford, when they get the ball they just give it back to us, should be more than 1-0 up

Home fans not happy!

No idea how we are 3-1 up! Had the worst possible start but taking our 3 chances, including two cracking finishes from Hoskins and Bowie. The back line look so nervy as do the team in general, think there are a lot bodies that will need subbing in the second half but im hoping the second half just eekes out without incident now.

Must be said, Harrogates number 10, Kazeem Olaigbe, on loan from Southampton looks one of the best players I have seen at Sixfields this season. Breezing past all our players with ease and uses both feet well, one to look out for in the future.

Just have to stay strong now Cobblers, no stupid mistakes! All the scores at the moment could not be going any better for us.

Olaigbe is a fine player, I know he's on the radar for a lot of clubs.

We appear to be putting a fly in the ointment up at Valley Parade, which is very us. Can't comment on how the game is though as I'm at Oxford City.

Deservedly ahead, expected more from Hartlepool in these circumstances. We look decent going forward but still always look like we’re gunna concede. Umerah missed an absolute sitter after we scored!

Kind of you to say so. From where I'm standing it looks like we are getting battered.

He is brilliant, the game plan seems to be just get it to Kazeem and hope he does his thing.

Not going to criticise the afc Wimbledon ground itself. But when you know the away end is a sell out why is the catering facility so unprepared and shambolic. How difficult is it to take a punt and prepour beer. Lost revenue

Wasn’t sure it was a penalty but we’ll against the run of play
Our comms and my mates there said a tiny bit soft but a clear pen. No Town fans seem to be complaining.

Yep we had the same mate. Slow getting in too. We had 1100+ I seem to remember. Think the Bradford lot said the same. I got my half time beer at about 4.01pm, had to nail it in about a minute. I liked the ground but they can't handle an away following.

Hartlepool this is what happens because you sacked Keith Curle.
The football wasn't pretty no but he'd have ground out results for you at this stage.

You've only yourselves to blame.

Any gamblers who have our game on their BTTS bet slip will absolutely fucking hate us when they see some of the chances we’ve missed today.

Down and we deserve to be 100%
Utter disgrace of a performance, every single one of them should be ashamed. Clubs rotten to the core

Fuck off Walsall you useless shambles of a team, yes everyone beats you except us.

If teams go on the beach at this stage of the season they should have a 20 point deduction.

Terrible first half sadly made us have all the work to do second and we did it until the death, no idea where the ref got 8 minutes from most I’ve seen in a long time it was like the World Cup again.

Catastrophic first half has ultimately cost us. Having said that 8 minutes added time was absolutely laughable.
