We might as well hand over 3 points to Swindon now as we all know that Vale never get anything at the County Ground.

We've started the season playing an attractive brand of football but perhaps without the cutting edge necessary. We've been on top for all 3 games but only scored twice.

It would be a shame if our new starlet, Enoch Andoh, was out for this as he went off injured on Saturday but was tearing the Gillingham full back a new one. There's also very little known about him from other teams as he's only just broken through but he could be a real star.

Swindon seem to have started pretty well really and followed up a terrific opening day win with a comeback draw on Saturday, in spite of losing a lot of their side. I expect them to be strong again this year despite the changes in personnel, however it looks like Byrne is subject to a big money offer.

I can only see a Swindon win really, which would be a pretty poor start from us with 2 points from 9. We won't concede many so I can see it being 1-0.

Hard to say, its our best chance of a result against them in this run as we are very solid and have barely conceded a shot on target as yet but need to take our chances.

Hope Andoh is fit, he will be easily one of the best wingers in League One this season.

I'll be going to this again hoping we don't get the drubbing we always seem to get. We have been looking really solid at the back so far so ihope we can come away with something.

We need to start games better having gone a goal down in each of the 3 games. Luckily Bradford and Bury missed the penalties we gave them at 0-1 otherwise we probably would have had 3 defeats this season.

We are very light up front and Obika limped off on Saturday. We are trying to bring in a young Northern Irish striker and a winger on loan from Liverpool but that won't happen before Tuesday. Burnley are trying to sign Byrne which I don't think will happen before Tuesday either.

As for the game, there appear to be a lot of positives coming from the early Vale performances this season and whilst we normally win handsomely against the Burslem outfit at home I am not that confident. I think it'll be a draw. We'll come from behind again.

Tuesday home games always fill me with dread.

1-1 for me, Vale from a set piece, Robert equaliser.

If we win we've had a good start to the season, lose and it's been poor. Personally think it'll be a dull 0-0 which I'd take. If Andoh starts we may nick a win.

We need to defend like we have the first three games and attack like we did the first hour of the Gills game and we might get something. I think we will be better away from home they way we are set up to keep possession, very tight and two pacey wingers. As said win and its been a great start a defeat and points wise not a great start.

We just don't look remotely like scoring off a set piece when our only decent taker is currently out injured.

Reckon we'll lose this one 1-2. Our luck will run out and Vale will record their first win at the County Ground since 1953, or something.

I'd wank myself silly if we won at Swindon.

2006 I was there! Chris Cornes when your keeper ran out for a long ball and missed it allowing him an open goal

Swindon is one of the fixtures (home or away) where I look at and think we're unlikely to get anything from this. They're just one of those teams that we never really perform well against and they always seem to have too much for us.

I think all our games will be tight but I can just see a scabby 1-0 Swindon here.

I felt like wanking myself silly when Ian Bogie equalised in the last minute at Everton in 1996...sorry.

Seriously now, can vale fans stop telling us how they're "wanking" or "tugging" over football stuff, fucking weird.

I was going to post something similar but decided against it.

I have always found it curious when I see people write things like 'Oh my god what a goal, I have just cum in my pants' etc etc.

It's not just me that finds it odd clearly 'The Alex'

Sounds a below par performance from the standards we've set first three games but level and sounds like Uche is causing them problems.

Nothing worse than losing a lead to a last second injury time penalty.

Apparently it was a dodgy decision but these things happen in football. Didn't sound like we did enough to win so fair play to vale for coming and getting a point.

Pleased with the point but no good playing well and only picking up draws. Need to start turning them into wins.

Was looking like a good win until that late drama. Still unsure what the penalty was awarded for (I'm not there but Twitter, local journalists and the radio are none the wiser), which doesn't help.
