Yep, highly impressive. Half the time teams turn up in numbers yet are quiet but they didn't stop all game. Probably the only thing the game will be remembered for as the actual match was shite!
This club is a coming force and will be arriving in this division soon. Once there set up at there new ground nothing will stand in there way to the Football League.
Yuo've been warned.

I know he played, but don't really recall him standing out. None of their players had a bad game tbf. Their number 11 (St Juste) was class. For a team full of units , they knocked it around pretty well. Friendly little Club and some of their fans were decent.

Chance for us to focus on the league now I guess.

Semi Final draw

Dover Athletic or Bath City v North Ferriby United
FC Halifax Town or Wrexham v Torquay United.

FA are probably happy the 3 bigger teams are drawn together so at least 1 is in final. Attendance might reach 10000

Depending on prices I'd imagine we'd take around 10/12,000 anyway as our season is over and we've not been since 2009.

Anyway I have some doubts as to if we'll even get there now. Need to ensure we are still in the game after the first leg.

Are you two playing your first QF tie on Tuesday?

Yes playing tomorrow night if Halifax pitch is ok to play, didn't they play somewhere else the other day?

I think we'd take around 14000 , took around 20000 for Cup final in 2013, and about 18000 for Play off final same season

I was informed by a shareholder there (although I believe they have alot of them) that they would politely decline an offer to join the league?

Bit of shitty draw. A Wrexham vs Torquay final would have been decent (ignoring the most recent game).

Onto tomorrow's game, we'll probably be tired considering that we've just gone through extra-time. I 'd expect a few changes for tomorrow with Hudson, Moult, Finley and Morris all to start. If only to give some players a rest and others game time.

I'm sure they did. They once said they stood for tradional 3pm Saturday kick-offs and would never move a game to suit TV. First time they were asked, they took the ESPN shilling and bent all the way over. Trust me, offered a place in the Football League, they'll snap your arm off. What would be the point of it all otherwise, anyway?

They have NINE!! games in hand over Skelmersdale who are currently top of their league. Paltry compared to the ELEVEN games in hand that Ramsbottom have.

Skem are in a false position.

I think Ilkeston will win the league with FC United finally getting up through the play-offs.

Wheels off at Skem. Always a risk of FC ESPN going up and being one step closer to pestering us again. Ilkeston are my tip, they've got a very strange setup there but it works.

Yes, I was being a bit mischievous. You are totally right about selling to the TV coin.
To be honest, to answer your question.....I have, and never have had, any idea what the point was.

So I know we're far from Wembley yet, BUT a 1.30 kick off? What the hell is that for?

A brief look at trains on the day show the earliest arrival time at Wembley is around 12.30, leaving hardly any time for a pre-match build up or anything.

Who agreed that kick off time, because they clearly didn't include the fans travelling to the game? Farce.

2-1 now at Bath, while Wrexham still lead.

Good for us so far, although I have no idea what will happen in our tie. I'm gutted we weren't drawn with Bath to be honest.

Don't give a shit about it to be honest, just looking forward to beating Wrexham again. Have you thought about what your excuse is going to be this time yet? :box:

Ah well, at least there will be one proper team in the final now. Whoever wins our tie simply must win the Trophy, it would be an embarrassment to lose to either of the other 2!

Halifax had a massive 955 attend their own little cup final tonight, thank god that joke of a club will be nowhere near Wembley now, stinking the place out with their hoofing and thuggery. I still can't be arsed with this tournament but it is proving a decent little distraction and to keep the interest going, much the same for your lot I imagine.

Congratulations I don't want to poop on your party, but the fact we gave debuts to 3 players in the starting eleven tonight tells you where this Mickey Mouse cup in Aspins wish list. 4 bookings to one tells you who the cloggers are too. Now run along and wank yourself silly celebrating your pointless little victory. :woo:

Here come the excuses :fl:

No party, why would there be? We've been there, done it and won it, hence why we aren't that arsed about it any more. Sorry for ruining your Wembley dream though :£
