Unless there’s a late covid disaster, there’s no chance this game is in doubt. It’s mild here, a bit of rain but nothing to worry about.

The only concern I have is the game it’s self, can’t for the life of me see how we can hurt this Bradford team with our toothless attack.
My heart says at absolute best we’ll scrape a 0-0 if our defence is faultless, but honestly in my head realistically it’s going to be a comfortable Bradford win.

You’re vastly overrating us, Scunny ripped through us at times even though we won last game we could easily have lost. And have won the same amount of games in 23 games as you have in your last 5. Bright side for us is when Cook and Angol have started this season(4 games) we’ve won 3, drawn 1. That makes up half our wins in 4 games, bright side is they’re both fit and should start. We rarely keep a clean sheet though.

I don’t think I’m over rating you, I’m just recognising how shite we are in attack.

At Brunton park, we have scored 1 league goal since the middle of September. One. I’ve lost count of the number of clean sheets away teams have left here with.

Don't know where it's come from that the game might be abandoned, nobody here has mentioned the possibility as far as I know, there's only light rain and not a sniff of a possible pitch inspection but I did notice the Bratfut forum posts were all talking about this game with a big 'if it goes ahead'. Could affect the away attendance if Bantams fans are thinking that this game is touch and go?
Ignore our lot, any bit of rain and some of them think every game will be off we have some right wet wipes as fans probably why so many want to sit down at away games and complain when they can’t.

This is what the club have put out, usually a few less turn up though:

We've decided to play today without starting a striker and giving a first ever start to one of our youth prospects.

Think we are well and truly setting up for a point today.

2pm pitch inspection at Colchester has resulted in a further pitch inspection at 2:30pm...

Is the BBC suggested line-up correct with Devarn Green at right-back?

Not sure with the players available, I’d have gone for the same line-up as Micky, but it may be that the fitter/unaffected players are starting. Only 6 subs for a covid depleted Rovers.
Originally thought we’d scrape a win but much less hopeful now.

Our two CB's have 10 league goals between them so far this season. Our strikers we currently have on the books have 2 between them all... lets hope that can start to change starting today.

Kwesi Appiah out for Crawley, big blow for them. Going with a 2-1 win today in awful conditions.

That's awful for any Dale fans who made that journey down there. If the game was in doubt they should have made the call far earlier, certainly not within half an hour of the scheduled kick-off time.

Yeah Keith Hill has turned him into a RB and our RB into a CM, they've both looked better in these roles to be fair to Hill.

Green did play striker earlier in the season when we had injuries so may play there today though

Very strange from the referee, pitch looks fine from what I can see online.

1-0 and that's game over

So frustrating as we've played well today and really competed

2-0 down and that feels so cruel.

We can compete with most teams in this division despite the budget differences but the individual mistakes every single game make it impossible

We've scored but the ref gives a freekick because the Carlisle keeper can't claim a ball. Dreadful decision.

Should be 1 up, as bad as the disallowed Spurs goal against Southampton the other week. Pathetic officials again.

1-0 Carlisle. Gibson. Runs over to the City fans to celebrate. Little wanker.

Sorry but people saying maybe Watt would do better higher up the league’s, he simply doesn’t do the basics well at all. I used to really like him but he’s gone totally off the boil. Cooke another overrated player, had two chances to play us through on goal on the counter and he went round in a circle before attempting a pass instead. Crap.
