I found it strange how a lot of people were saying how Leeds were bang in trouble after losing at Arsenal, ignoring the fact that Gracia seems to be doing well at getting results against other teams around them. Which is all you need to do to stay up. That’s 9/9 v Southampton, Wolves & Forest.

Beat Palace on Sunday and would probably only need 2 more wins from 8 after that. I think with the likes of Sinisterra & Harrison hitting form plus Gnonto to come back there are enough goals in the side to do that, even with Bamford still missing chances.

They actually played well at Arsenal I believe.

Think Southampton, Bournemouth and Forest are going down .

They actually played well at Arsenal I believe too but obviously doesn’t take much to let goals in against them .

Think Southampton, Bournemouth and Forest are going down .

If only Chelsea had a few less points, could have been sucked into it too.

What I watched yesterday has to be the most bizarre Leeds game I've ever seen

Played so well first 30 mins where we could and probably should have been 3 nil up but only ended up scoring 1 , palace get a goal back from terrible marking wengo in at 1-1 somehow

Then no Leeds player bothers to come out 2nd half and palace crushed us with unlimited amount of space and terrible marking

Luke ayling ffs retire please you are finished as a player

Marc Roca goes from game of his season Vs forest to worst of his season Vs palace

Bizarre game of 2 halves and a killer for us with tough teams to come , Leicester at home a must win

Nervy relegation battle this season it's anyone below 13th with 8 to go amazing

Freak result. Similar to the Man Utd at Liverpool 7-goal 2nd half. Leeds will be fine. Talk of Ayling and Roca having a scrap in changing room at half time didn't help.

That result last night was awful and not what was needed. I looked at Leeds remaining fixtures and I honestly cant see another win. All hope is draining away.

The Palace game seemed a bit flukey given the first half was pretty good, but last night was diabolical. Firpo is a liability, and the midfield without Adams provides very little protection. It was ironic that Ben Mee was in the studio, by all accounts Victor Orta turned his nose up at signing him on a free last summer. Would have been exactly the type of defender they need.

Certainly not good for their GD!

Unlucky with the first goal but after that to collapse again was very worrying for them.

Looking at the fixtures, Leicester (H), Bournemouth (A) and West Ham (A) are huge. Leeds probably need to be getting at least 5-6 points from those to have a decent chance. Can’t see them getting too much from the other games, 3 of the last 4 are against Man City, Newcastle & Spurs.

The biggest hope is that the teams below are looking pretty poor so that could be a help. Southampton are almost gone, Forest are in awful form and Everton’s run in looks tough. Leicester have the players so all be interesting to see if Smith can give them a boost.

1 point from Leicester and Bournemouth and the team looks a demoralised shambles. Gotta roll the dice and sack Gracia, gonna go down for sure if he stays so might as well try something. Orta should go too.

So Gracia has gone with Allardyce coming in.

With Man C ,Newcastle and Spurs to come cannot see it making much difference tbh but never know .

At least they will know Big Sam is there !

Allegation against Gracia was he didn’t really seem like the sort to motivate a squad as he was too nice and placid.

Man City & Newcastle aren’t gonna produce many points, but West Ham will be concentrating on Europe by the time Leeds play them, so points are possible there. Spurs are pretty useless right now, especially away, so at Elland Road last game of the season there might be something there as well.

We are down doesn't matter I've accepted it it's only because we have the worst defensive players and aan inexperienced GK I've ever seen

I'm resigned to Championship footie next season. 2 wins required from last 3 matches. A miracle if it happens.

Criminal that Bamford was allowed to take that pen. He is playing with a foot injury for heaven's sake and not really worth his place .

Depends if Wimbledon or Wigan count given neither actually got promoted out of non league?

Luton would definitely be the first side to get officially promoted 4 times to get there and also the first club to go from level 1 to level 5 and
then go all the way back up again.

No they don't count. The non league pyramid was different then. They both entered the league in the re-election process.

I'm feeling a tad more confident that LUFC can escape the drop after that 1st two games under Big Sam in which a big improvement has taken place and West Ham may have other things on their mind (hopefully).

Well given that in the last week Newcastle have battered Brighton 4-1 & Man City smashed Real Madrid 4-0 Big Sam’s first two games look pretty respectable results wise.

Should be a good time to play West Ham, especially as Forest & Everton play first this weekend so it could be Leeds will know that a win will put survival in their own hands. Firpo being banned should help reduce the defensive errors, the hope is someone can step up in attack.
