Love to see our ex-Dagger player give their ex-Barnet player a goal.
We started off pretty well, created a few chances and then gave away an eminently avoidable goal.
Their second goal was even worse, it has to be seen to be believed. We’ve lost all confidence and cohesion since then and Daggers look very comfortable now. The base of our team looks very weak and other teams will always exploit this.

What's the best pub on Buxton Road Stockport or environs? How about The Blossoms?

Ches have made a great start. I know they’ve not played anyone likely to challenge them really, but I think winning this league is mostly about just never dropping points to bottom half teams. The ‘big games’ are a distraction.

After tonight we’ve got a run of six of those games in a row. Be interesting to see if we can do the same thing.

I find it hard to detest a player that isn’t Danny Hylton, but Callum Reynolds really does push my resolve.

Fancy making wanker gestures at fans of the club who put up with his exceedingly arrogant self whilst he done balloons days before crucial games. I also know how poorly he behaved behind the scenes, the info of which isn’t public knowledge (yet).

He’s a proper piece of work.

Not really surprised, they put everything they had into the second half on Saturday. Can’t see how they could reasonably have been fit to go again 48 hours later.

I think they’ll be a conundrum for the better sides where Johnson can set them up to defend and they’re happy with the 0-0 they start with. Having lost Whitfield, Nemane, Randell etc they’re going to struggle on the games they’re expected to win.

Whilst there are deeper problems at the club than just him - I have to say I’m seeing alarm bells that matched my gut feeling ever since we signed him.

He just doesn’t seem to see the problems that are immediately obvious to everyone else around him. Or he does see them and fails to react. Unsure what is worse tbh.

He’s just a div. You should make the guy who was at Wealdstone manager.

I imagine that will happen sooner rather than later. Although to be completely fair, our starting run of fixtures is DISGUSTING

Notts H
Solihull A
Daggers H
Grimsby A
Eastleigh H
Chesterfield A
Bromley A

That is just a relentless run of exceedingly tough games for any team in this division, let alone us with all our (self inflicted) shortfalls.

The guy from Wealdstone recruited our pedestrian midfield and our wing-backs who never want to attack their opposing numbers.
Hmm..

2-0 Tshimanga again

worth every penny that boy
I agree, a top striker and it was bizarre he'd stayed there beyond the 19/20 season seeing as he was the best in the league even then.

When you pay £150k and £8k a week you get quality, it's that simple. So good luck to the lad.

Was always likely to score goals in an attacking team. Still really surprised no L2 or even L1 took a chance on him. Guess they just couldn’t match this year’s NL spending power.
