Can't recall Kasper dropping any clangers, costing us any points, conceding anywhere near 50 goals, being blamed for any poor results. Obviously doing all those things would put him on par with your keeper, so you'll have to remind me when he did all those things. Or you could just come up with another gif instead of an actual counterpoint.

2014-2015 season, Leicester conceded 55 goals in PL alone. We will see how good he is next season.

In other news, Chelsea want Benteke according to the Times :D

Yeah didn't think you had a point.

Except this one:
Mignolet is PL quality just not the quality that we need for a title push
So in your own words he's not a good enough keeper for a side that wants to challenge for the title. Yet he's better than a keeper that's just won the title. Makes a lot of sense.

Nothing
They're getting desperate, are they?
As a high quality backup to Costa who could reasonably fit what they want to do under Conte, would be a good signing.

People don't half have short term memories when a player has one naff season in team not doing that great, with a managerial change and a style of play that was probably never suited. The idea he's suddenly a shit player is nonsense.

The season in which he had 3 months out through injury?

Mignolet is PL quality just not the quality that we need for a title push at Liverpool, and with the money flying around these days, ~10 mill for him isn't a lot.

On Coutinho I said elsewhere tonight that I wouldn't be that averse to him moving for £40 mill or so as I trust Klopp to bring someone else in of similar/greater ability with a potentially higher ceiling. Don't get me wrong, on his day he is brilliant, but he's still inconsistent. Anyway the story is bollocks; he's here another season at the min.
Is that you James Gordon?

Neven Subotic - Dortmund defender for 8 million has been a rumour on Twitter.

Probably just that but be some coup.

Sturridge and Vardy being linked with Arsenal. I'd be disappointed if either of them were the striker we signed this summer.

A fit Sturridge would be a great signing for you. Vardy wouldn't fit and Wenger won't sign him at 29.

No danger of Sturridge being sold to Arsenal. Not only would it strengthen a rival for the top 4 (which is the least Klopp will be aiming for next season) but after the debacle with their attempts to bag Suarez in 2013 I imagine Arsenal have joined United on Liverpool's "don't sell players to" list.

If they offered decent money Liverpool would take it. He has a terrible injury record. Proper Arsenal lad.

Arsenal just bought him for £50m on my FIFA 16 so it's plausible ;)

Understand that Arsenal have triggered the release clause in Jamie Vardy's contract. Leicester still determined to keep hold of him.

What a pointless signing that would be

Erm... okay. Might need a little while to process this.

Are we *sure* Higuain's not available?

29 year old one season wonder who doesn't fit our system? Yeah, doubt there is much in this to be honest.

Nah it'll be bollocks. The West Ham one was. Probably agents testing the waters before asking for another new contract with some more £ in it.
I'd be amazed if Arsenal bought him.

Stockport County.

Wouldn't be great for him either. He'd have to hit the ground running to displace Giroud in Wenger's eyes and would even be more under threat when Welbeck returns.

And lets be honest, if he and his chums at Leicester decide to stay, I defy anyone to tell me that Leicester have less chance to regain the league than Arsenal to win it.

Could also be Arsenal putting something out there to lower the price on another player. There were similar rumours of us going for Kante when we got Xhaka.

Nah come on, I've tried to be nice about it, we know why you're doing it. FEAR! Pure pissing your pants, shit yerself stone cold fear. Wenger and co know that it doesn't matter how much you try to do this summer you're just not going to be able to compete with this Leicester City side, and if we sign anybody, FUCK ME, you'll be so far behind you might as well be in the championship. I think it's fair to say that Arsenal are trying to sabotage the fairytale team that are going to dominate English and European football for years to come.

Yeah. That'll be it.

Pretty much everybody is now reporting we've activated his release clause. Oh dear.

That just means you might have a chat with no shit or getting banged, a bit of earl grey, a nice slice of cheesecake and discuss haircuts, calenders and grooming products.
