Considering he didn't speak English, he would not.

Sheesh. Arsenal fans even do semantics/pedantry better than Manchester United fans.

Certainly at biting. Bet you're looking it up now, aren't you?

Manchester United will not play in the group stage of the champions league this season if they lose de gea.
Even if they keep him, they won't progress if they draw Valencia, even with Phil Neville as assistant coach there.

I don't think we can face Valencia as we're both seeded. We can get Fenerbache, which would be a bit horrible.

Yeah as I wrote it, I wondered if there would be seeds, and predictably UEFA favour the bigger teams as usual.

Still a few tricky ties potentially there. Lazio, Sporting, Monaco, CSKA and Fenerbache.

Andy Carroll, is perhaps the best thing that has happened to Liverpool. He showed that there's more than one way to play Football. However, Brendan doesn't seem to be very interested in other style of play.

Definitely as good as Giroud.
He ain't. Probably as good of a goalscorer, but not as good a hold-up player, doesn't have the unbelievable workrate of Giroud or his defensive abilities either. Giroud has an incredible attitude and is the ultimate team player, he makes everyone better on the pitch and was the reason for many players goals. He's almost the opposite to Benteke in that sense, because he compliments a team whereas Benteke requires you to build your team around him. Giroud aint perfect, and his weakness is that he goes through patches where he doesn't score, and its debateable if we could win the title with him as our main guy... but hes better than Benteke who really only thrives in the opposition third and requires you to play a very direct game. But strikers are hard to come by, although I cant help but think a better player would be available for the same price range.

The difference between Giroud and Benteke is that one suits the playing style of the club he plays for, and one looks unlikely to.

Debateable, Giroud isn't traditionally the type of forward you'd have expected Wenger to use.

To improve export sales, the BBC is going to devote less time to the Football League, non-league, swimming, cycling, non F1 motorsports, rugby, athletics, sailing, gymnastics, judo to devote more time for ageing pundits to analyse five Premier League clubs and mock QPR.

Nor to mention horse racing and cricket, which has completely disappeared from the BBC :dis:

Celtic isn't as good as the likes of West Ham, Swansea, Crystal Palace, Stoke, and Everton. I think they'd be battling for relegation with the newly promoted sides, Leicester, Sunderland, and maybe Villa next season. No chance would they finish 10th - teams that are going to be around 10th are buying players like Payet, Cabaye, and Mitrovic.

With their current team they'd be bottom 3 for sure. I think a lot of Championship clubs could beat Celtic - they'd probably manage play-offs at that level.

Though if they were in the Prem, they'd get an extra £30m+ in revenue (TV deal) and so they could use that to build a decent squad. Probably get to an Aston Villa kind of level.

Thankfully it will never happen.

If Celtic survived their first season I think they'd become a solid PL side and would probably be a consistent top 10 side anyway. It's all bollocks of course though as it'll never happen.
