There's hopeful shouts to try and tempt Curle back but seems very pie in the sky to me that.

Think it'll either be Watson (apparently wants it) or Scott Ruscoe myself.
Yes but when he sees what the budget is he will decide to emigrate.

Nah, people make way too much of that.

Our budget isn't the biggest but it's not that bad. Watson has limited options at this sort of level if he wants to work, can't really afford to be that picky.

I am debating taking my 3 year old to Curzon game tonight just let him sleep in pram. It’s dry and warm tonight, plus getting feeling season may get postponed for a month soon so take in games where can.

I think this game goes one of two ways. Either Curzon thumped or they win…….depends on if our manager ‘goes for it’ or ‘plays for a draw and hopes to nick it’

Curzon still have some attack talent there able to annoy. Kiddy will come here cocky, expectant, have manager of the month, come to Curzon playing in a near empty stadium with about 150 fans rattling round it……….I expect they may start half hearted.

If we could come out of the blocks I could see us giving them an early bloody nose and holding on, if we sit back all day worried about them I see them getting into it and taking over.

Jon Worsnop (our former GK) has tweeted that our budget not in the top 12 in the NLN. Take that how you like.

That's bordering on child cruelty .

No that is taking him on the tram with the other thousands from Ashton heading 7 stops down the road to Man City

am not bothered if he gets into football at a Curzon or stalybridge or even an Oldham…….anything but like the other premiership hunters.

Could t get there in the end, night games always tough to get to.

From the reports so far it’s been a great game, we’ve really gone out and taken game to Kidderminster and giving it all we can. Been plenty of chances for both sides

really should have been winning, may regret it come full time but at least we have taken game to them and given ourselves a chance to win

1-1 in the end, kiddy goal in injury time.

listened to game, Curzon should really have got a good 3-4 goals but for the Kidderminster goalie and it cost them in the end as kiddy upped game last 10 minutes had 2-3 great chances and hit one in.

both teams will be happy but frustrating we couldn’t kill game off being we tired

Sounds like a proper smash and grab. I could only listen as well and it sounded like you dominated for 80 minutes and we woke up at the end. Bit of a scramble for our equaliser but previous seasons we wouldn't have got anything out of that game.

Unbeaten run keeps going 12 games now.

Heading back from the Curzon game now. Harriers very, very fortunate. Full credit to Curzon, they were excellent and we just looked jaded. We needed a slice of luck and we got it with how the goal came. Definitely a point gained tonight

Money talks.

As it always does with a wealthy owner who has money to burn. I wonder what was put on the table regarding travelling expenses?

Brad must still have some wedge in his back pocket, he's spent an absolute fortune to buy Spendymoor up the leagues.

Frustrated to miss it, following a side as small as Curzon seasons here with a good attack can be rare. I’m glad we showed we can still compete with anyone if we play how it suits the team even if we are dropping down that table, just a shame we could not hold on because a dominating win vs the in form side would have given a good boost.

I don’t slate the Curzon manager for wanting to change style…..we hit tough games as he joined, his style worked well at Farsley and a similar style with Flanagan worked a treat here…..can understand wanting to go that way.

but Curzon this season have some incredible good talent in attack, especially in the wide wing areas…….been frustrating in recent games seeing that held back to the half way line.

we are too good to worry about relegation, we have no pressure on finishing top 7……manager should just go for it each game we don’t have to worry about tight points and GD etc we should just go for it, see what happens.

if a big positive for kiddy……..being battered but the. Digging a last gasp goal to grab something undeserved is usually a good sign

Remy Longdon has gone to York on loan until the end of January, which will be the last we see of him. Appleton said he was struggling with training here (technically, rather than physically). He didn't play much last season and has played even less this, despite being a poorer side.

Can't fault his work rate and attitude, he was one of those who is genuinely pleased and appreciative of being involved in football but quality wise he's not L1 standard. He'll probably settle at NL/NLN/NLS level, although he might be ok at a low placed L2 side at a push.

So should be a good signing in northern pub league then.

That is down to the way the club is run and deserve to be in it,but still a pub league of which standard is appalling.
A Pub League which seems to have 9 ex League sides in; several fully professional sides; where most players in most teams have spent time at League club academies; whose sides give L1 and 2 teams a good run in the FA Cup; where attendances compare with e.g. the French 3rd tier teams. Maybe I have a different perspective having spent my life watching non-league football?

Whether it's a tin pot league or not that's debateable, unfortunately we are stuck in here for a reason. As it stands at the moment unless anybody has a crystal ball and tells me what season were gonna piss this league!

I'm happy to take root and stay in it just for the banter ;)

Been very good for us he is very quick and ‘usually’ one thing you should get that I’d say is much needed at York is he is hard working, can play wide or up top.

will be a blow to us, whether an addition for York is hard to say, we get used to conf north sides nicking our players but some carry on their form and some it just doesn’t work out.

Sounds promising then, normally all we get from Curzon is a sacking of the manager.
Went to Matlock last week and other winger signed from Lincoln was stand out player.

He’s been good, Thomas is the one you should have gone for he is very very good.

but Thomas may just want to hover around Manchester McKay has been very good this season though, will be a blow for us but it’s the normal for Curzon to lose better performing players the key for Curzon is to always keep finding the replacements

Happy with that. Always looked on the cards once it was known he wanted it.
