In all seriousness, in terms of infrastructure and support, they'd be capable of being a top six side, although Spurs would soon leave them behind when their ground comes good. Do Celtic really have a bigger global fanbase than Spurs? Can't be much in it. I think Spurs support nationally and internationally is one of the most under-rated in the Prem.

The problem for Celtic would be the advantages they get from European football that if they were in England they wouldn't get - or at least wouldn't get initially or consistently. Hard to tell how much that could set them back.

Let down by ridiculous overexpection, the local economic state of the area, and by poor performances on the field. Occasionally capable of a challenge before falling away again after the supporters force people out etc...

Yes of course, let the ' big clubs' who rely on foreign investment and foreign supporters to win things join a european league and leave the rest of us to it.

I can guarantee it would be better than watching that league every week look at the Champions League predictable boring shit we have to endure. Let the armchairs pay for that league and proper clubs have their own. And if only 4 or 5 English clubs join a european league there wont be a shortage on players............let Utd, Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Liverpool.Spurs go and the world would be a better place.

Just to clear something up, my mate is an Everton season ticket holder but only gets to go to 75% of the games due to work and family commitments. Does this make him less of a fan than say someone who just happens to have enough money to attend every week?
